I found it on 2 unfamiliar websites for right under $100, one of which was Baby Biz. I was skeptical to order from a random vendor (my husband worried that my credit card info might get stolen), but I checked BBB and didn't see anything negative so I went for it. The next day, I called their shop to confirm that the item was actually new, given the low price. To my surprise, the lady was familiar with my order, reassuring and friendly, and stated that it had already been packed for shipment. My brand new backpack arrived promptly in the mail a few days later, in perfect condition, with tags. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've probably been in this store a handful of times over the span of 10 years. They do have some…read moredeals on brand name men's wear. But there's almost no one to help you if you need assistance. You have to hunt someone down if you can find someone they're probably "busy." I was in the shoe department trying on several shoes and when an employee walked by I tried to get her attention to see if they had a shoe horn I could borrow and she looked past me like I was not there. The checkout wasn't any better. This was my last resort and I was glad that I found what I needed. I'm surprised this location is still in business. On a positive note, the store was very clean and well organized. I understand they probably can't employ too many people due to small profit margins and many people shopping online, but the current staff needs to be coached and trained to be more inviting and pleasant.

I went to Steinmart on Midkiff Rd in Midland today, 8/4/17. I found a great sale, or so it was…read moreadvertised.... the sign said 50% off ticketed price. Discount taken at the register. While checking out, I noticed I was not getting the discount. I questioned the staff about it and they said that I was wrong. I showed them the sign and one of them took the sign down with me watching her, and told me they had made an error and that the sign was incorrect. She then took the sign down with me watching. I asked for a manager, and took the sign to the manager and they still would not give me the advertised price. I feel they should have honored the advertised sale.
