They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him. Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients.
