I saw Luca Boutique and a product they had that I was very interested in advertised a local listing…read moresite. So I emailed the owner before I made my one hour trip to Warren, RI for a stroller. I confirmed her hours and that she still had it the day before. I did leave out that I was driving an hour, didn't think that info was needed. I arrived to a beautifully decorated store, I have to say it's really nice inside and looks very upscale. I checked some of the clothing out and prices, everything was in pretty good condition but a little over priced for my taste on used clothing. I then approached the owner about the stroller I had emailed her about and she was like "Oh the Quinny, yeah, I was just about to give that back to the owner. It won't fold and I can't sell it like that". So you couldn't just shoot me an email and save me the trip; I mean seriously, that's the right thing to do. I guess that common courtesy never occurred to her. The stroller wouldn't fold, we didn't know if it was broken or she just didn't know how to fold it. The stroller itself was in really raggedy condition anyway. She did mention on more than one occasion that it had been there since January when she opened, wasn't selling, and that the owner just told her to sell it for whatever you can get for it. We offered her $75 less than what she was asking for a four year old beat up, stained up, stroller with a chipped up and banged up frame that wouldn't fold. She refused and said that she needed to talk to the owner fist. Either way, pending what the owner said, she said she would meet me half way into my trip to deliver it. This was before she found out I was an hour away. She did email me a day later and tell me the owner came in and folded it up no problem so it was all good. She never did offer to drive it thirty minutes one way like she originally said. I've since found one in much better condition for just about the same price. Luca boutique is over priced, even their uppababy stroller was over what the going used rate is. Maybe because the store looks fancy the owner believes it's ok to overprice used items. The owner doesn't know what she is doing and is clearly new in this business. I sadly don't recommend Luca boutique.

I was able to get my son an amazing fleece that was super cozy and not the same level of boring boys cloths often are. I also got my baby cousin some super adorable headbands. They do complimentary gift wrap (if the item is not on sale) and they really did a beautiful job with it. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

The women's section was really large and expansive, the men's section was not as large. They also had a children's section. The men's jeans were mostly in the $60-80 range. Whereas the hoodies were in the $50-60 range. Fun fashion, very modern and very comfy.

Fast forward, dresses came in a week before the wedding, you have to pay CASH for the dress, if there is a balance, before they will do alterations, which are only done Monday and Tuesday, which was not told to us. My dress did not fit, even though she took my measurements, like didn't even zip up any. She charged me $150 extra to make it bigger although that was definitely her fault. Additionally, there were mixed prices regarding steaming some paid nothing, others paid $25, etc.

The owner comes across as a sweet grandmother-type personality, but once you purchase your dress and pay in full, she completely stops caring. I ordered my mother-of-the-bride dress in October and by April had still heard nothing. When I called to check on it, Ana first claimed I had already received the dress -- which was completely false. Then she told me not to worry because "the wedding isn't until September." Wrong again -- the wedding was August 1st. After reading other online reviews, I realized this seems to be a pattern. Calls went unanswered and messages were ignored, so I had to start contacting the store weekly just to get updates. I used different phone numbers, so my call would be answered, but only more lies. When my dress finally arrived at the end of May, Ana's daughter emailed me saying I was "not welcome" in the store and they would simply mail the dress to me. I had no recourse when I said please don't put it in the mail because it had already been done. My $700 Mon Cheri Montage dress arrived shoved into an Amazon box. After all the measuring Ana did, the dress came several sizes too big. It honestly felt like they expected me to spend even more money on expensive alterations at their shop. This entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was happy to find that they brought the cafe back after years of not having it even when it was Vinny's. They now have cakes and coffee and ice cream. I'd say value wise. The prices are pretty reasonable here for the most part. And they do have a large selection of rings and jewelry as well as furniture. They did downsize the downstairs area quite a bit. It used to be larger, but they've closed off sections that used to be available to the public. It's quite large in size, though it has an upstairs and downstairs. I like that. It's not musty and dirty inside like other places that I've been to. Definitely worth a look.

Shopping online and being able to pick up needed items within 2 hours is very convenient. If they are out of stock of your requested item, Target offers a substitution of a similar item, offers to hold the requested item at a nearby store, or offers to ship the item to you if it's available. It's your choice. They recently started a drive up return option, which I used for the first time the other day, which was awesome - no waiting in line or having to get out of your car, just start the return on the app, an employee comes out to get it from you, scans the return, sends a receipt, and sends you on your way.
