I visited Kid to Kid twice in one week and had an overall good experience. The first time I just stopped in to kill some time and picked up a couple of items for my kids. Most of the stuff they sell here is really great quality and is reasonably priced. For my youngest I got two pairs of pants and a long sleeve shirt, and for my middle I got a pair of jeans and brand new Halloween bow by the checkstand (they gottt me), all for $25. Definitely affordable! I stopped in later in the week to drop off a huge tote of clothes that I've been discarding as my youngest has grown out of them. The selling process is fairly easy - you drop off, they process the clothes, and then give you a call to let you know how much store credit or cash they'd like to offer. I decided to take the store credit offer because it was definitely decent and because I know I'll be back to shop again! It's also nice that whatever they decide they don't want/isn't in season, they'll donate to local non-profits so I don't have to handle picking it up and dropping it back off somewhere else. The store is organized nicely and they have a ton to look through for all ages. My only gripe is that each time I've gone in, the staff hasn't been the friendliest. Retail definitely can be hard work though, so it's possible they were just having overwhelming days. Looking forward to returning and shopping again!

During the Checkout process, one of the employees was very friendly and helpful at the Self Checkout area. He helped ring up the items and fold them nicely into the shopping bag.

A clothing boutique for women of all ages with hip, sexy but not trashy, fun, colorful and unique apparel, not to mention the most fun trucker caps (I've got three so far) and other fun accessories for yourself or for friends. Bring your dog to work - do NOT YELL at me (the customer) for opening the door in fear that your dog will escape. You screamed at me and made no apologies for it, even though my mother was clearly holding YOUR DOG back from getting outside. Here is an idea, put a long lead on your dog. 2. How about talking to your customers and not just your friends. A quick hello and asking what we were looking for would have been nice. Sorry we did not go to school with you or that we do not have kids that go to school with yours, but we are very faithful Burien shoppers who deserve some attention. 3. Learn to use an inside voice. The volume at which the owner spoke was completely distracting. 4. Put price tags on things. There were some super cute knee high socks that I kept gravitating to, but contained no price tag nor was there any signage about the product. People do not like having to ask for the price of things. Be kind and label them. We have no intention of returning. Feeling sad and frustrated. A side note: I am not giving the one star rating because of this experience. I have been in this store several times before this and every time the owner and/or person working behind the counter seems completely consumed with something/someone else.

They have business/casual wear, for the office. Men's and Women's Suits, Church clothes along with accessories. I have found some real gems that fit my needs and wants in the moments. K & G does offer alterations, should you be in need of that service, of course, plan ahead, especially if you have an event coming up that you need that particular service. You name it, I probably own it - luggage included. Being the fortunate recipient of a coupon to the store (Hey, a good deal is worth checking out, right?), I decided to head on down to the newly expanded Southcenter to check out their new Coach location. The store carries a nice selection of the season's newest creations. They also had a small men's section (something that I hadn't noticed before, but was pointed out by the staff to my not-at-all-interested husband many, many times). I was bummed to find that they didn't carry the baby bag in store, nor did they seem to have anything that would fit the description of tote that I was looking for, but the salespeople were really nice and helpful in helping me find something that would work for my laptop (I was on the hunt for a tote big enough for my laptop - kind of a new work bag but functional for things like long weekends). It turns out they also have a few things in the back, so if you're looking for something and it's not on the store floor, don't be shy to ask. They can also order you pretty much anything from the catalog and have it shipped to your home, free of charge. Overall - a great sales experience. While Coach isn't the cheapest place to pick up a cute handbag, wallet, or other accessories, I do love the look and the quality of their items, so I keep coming back. The fact that the staff are so helpful makes it just so much more fun to shop.
