Disappointed and angry with how I was treated by this brand. I wasn't assisted after waiting 20 minutes and then banned from the store. The African-American guard who was forced to ask me to leave was fired the next day because he knew this was not right. I've yet to receive a response from corporate or the store for a single explanation or reason, after I've sent numerous phone calls, emails to the store and CEO of Cartier North America and 1-800-CARTIER.... No response from anyone. The store manager Esther seems to be completely out of her element and unable to run this store as a luxury store should. It is truly shocking that a company of this calibre would allow mismanagement in this manner by someone with such flagrant disregard for its customers and staff. My wife and I took a trip to Atlanta to get our rings fixed. We went to the Cartier dealer in NOLA but they gave us the wrong sizing. Thankfully this location was able to get us the right size. The staff was prompt and courteous. They are very helpful with our sizing. We dropped the rings off and we're able to have them mailed to us. This is a belated review, as I dealt with this store (via phone) in November, 2020. The experience was seamless, attuned to detail, and very warm. Hats off to Simon, the nicest guy EVER, who ensured a watch had the appropriate links and also replaced a bracelet cord. I purchased a Panthere watch for my wife here for Christmas. Unfortunately, she did not want the watch. When I returned the watch, they were just as helpful and friendly as when I bought it. They spoke kindly to my 9 year old son, who was with me on both occasions, and offered him chocolate and coke. If you've ever returned a pricey item to a luxury store, you know some of them can be difficult. My experience at Cartier was anything but. As such, I would strongly recommend this Cartier as a place to go to buy gifts! On the way out, I sent my wife a photo of a few items there. I have been hinting to my husband for a few months that I wanted a Clash de Cartier ring for Christmas. We were in Lenox in October and decided to stop in to Cartier to see if they had a ring we could look at. Cole immediately greeted us and was so warm and friendly - he let us know that there were not a lot of the Clash de Cartier rings in stock, because the campaign had been such a huge hit worldwide. He went out of his way to let us know when the store was expecting to get more in stock, and even showed us the bracelet and earrings from the collection, so we could get an idea of what the ring looks like. On an aside, my husband and I were both dressed in what can barely even be called "athleisure wear" and even still, Cole treated us like we were in black tie. When we let the store, we both commented to each other how great of an experience it had been and how much we really liked Cole. My husband began working in the background over the next few weeks (little did I know!) - he was in direct contact with Cole about the ring. On Christmas morning, my husband waited until we had opened all our other gifts, and then he appeared with the most beautiful red Cartier bag. I was so surprised and overwhelmed - talk about a Christmas miracle! The ring is jaw dropping and even more glamorous than I could have imagined! My husband stressed how big of a part Cole played in making sure the ring came in on time for Christmas. I could tell the sales accociates were all getting very impatient so then I felt bad and ended my experience sooner than I should have and go home empty handed. When I was visiting Atlanta, I saw my cousin Jane with a beautiful love bracelet from Cartier and explained my frustrating experience to her. She introduced me to Annie and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She let me try on every bracelet they had not only in my size but a size up and size down to make sure I chose the one that looked and felt best for me. She was also very knowledgeable about every product I asked about. During these COVID times, I'm absolutely sure her time is limited as we are all required to make appointments but she let me know that she had all the time in the world for me and I felt like I was on a private Cartier tour with Annie. Needless to say, I found my bracelet and purchased it through Annie. She also told me that I can place my future orders through her so I got my husband to order his watch through her too (although it's currently sold out). French luxury goods supersede other European makers due to their ability to stay current, look beautiful, delight the consumer, and outlast their competitors. Cartier not only designs and manufactures their jewellery and watches, but also distributes and sells them. This family jewellery designer and watch maker began about mid 1850. My husband recently took me to this store to surprised me with picking out a love bracelet. I selected a gold bracelet, but at the time of purchase was told the item was returnable for 30 days. I selected the bracelet with the understanding/belief that I could come back and exchange it for a different color. The salesman put the bracelet on me to wear out, and did not clarify that if there was any indication that it had been worn, it would not be returnable. My husband and I were both fully of the belief that the item was returnable for 30 days. After reflecting, I returned to the store about 90 minutes later and was told that the bracelet was no longer returnable because it was "damaged", even though it was within the 30 day period. I was devastated to hear this news. They offered to send the bracelet to NY to see if it could be remedied, which i agreed to. They promised to call me back to update me on the status. About 2 weeks later, having not heard back from Cartier Atlanta I followed up with them and learned that they "had been meaning to call me"; the bracelet would not be accepted back. Separately, i called Cartier corporate on 2 occasions. On both occasions, they told me they would assist me with the exchange, and would call me back "in 2-3 days" with an update. I did not hear back from them either time. At both the store level, and the corporate level, this level of service for a luxury goods store is not acceptable. When THEY told me an item was returnable for 90 days, they should have accepted it back. Not only will I NEVER purchase an item from Cartier again, but planning to tell every person I hear MENTION Cartier about this experience. When you are spending 7K on anything, you should receive high end service. At Cartier Atlanta (and apparently also with Cartier corporate), this will not be the case. read more

So...I am most definitely not the demographic for this place, but that's never stopped me before. I decided I wanted a second wedding band since my original seemed fragile, and I hoped I could find a love ring that would work. I walked in in the most basic of outfits - athleisure and Uggs. I was acknowledged immediately and worked with Brian, who was patient and allowed me to try on every single variation of the love ring, multiple times. I was on a work trip, so I brought my coworker/friend with me, and Brian answered all our questions, and seemed genuinely happy to do so (we're federal auditors, so we can be a bit much). The experience/presentation was wonderful, and just a hell of a time for someone who's not used to it. Our waters were brought out on trays with a little vase and flowers, some chocolate, and a separate tray with our glasses. After purchase, my ring was beautifully boxed, wrapped, and stamped with a wax seal, and brought out on yet another tray with a certificate of authenticity. Brian also let me try on the love bracelets, so when I'm ready to add to my collection, I can simply call him up and everything will be taken care of. The whole thing was just a ton of fun. I've had my ring for about a month and I love it. The time Brian spent with me to ensure I got the ring that was perfect for me made all the difference. It was a splurge, but beyond worth it. My girlfriend wanted a Love ring, she had stopped in with friends to find out what size fit her and I called a couple of weeks later to inquire if they had her size in the style she wanted. A very helpful lady answered the phone, found they had the size and style in stock, and set it aside for me. The following day I drove the hour or so to Lennox Mall to pick it up. Even though I can afford nice things I often shop for clothes at Wal-Mart, Kohl's, etc as I don't feel the need to spend a lot of money on clothes. I walked into Cartier wearing flip-flops and Wal-Mart clothes. The two employees both looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I asked for the lady that had helped me the day before, she came over and I told her who I was and what I was there to pick up. The expression on her face and body language just screamed disappointment, as if she thought I was just there to waste her time and she had held something for someone that couldn't buy it. If there was another Cartier within a few hours' drive I would have just walked out but that was not an option. She brought the ring out and we sat down at a desk. The ring matched the photo my girlfriend had shown me, so I agreed to purchase it. Typically on large purchases, I like to use a credit card to get the travel points but since she was being snooty and obviously judging me based on my appearance I handed her my debit card instead for the $2,000+ purchase. Of course, she asked for my ID which was just fine, ran the card, and then handed it back to me saying "well, I guess VISA says you can have it". She filled out the information for the warranty, then disappeared to the back to pack it up for quite a while. After her attitude and the statement she made after handing me my card I was beyond ready to leave, I just took the bag from her and walked out. I later asked my girlfriend how she was treated when she went in since she dresses like she is going to a yoga class every day. I ultimately ended up with a Cartier and an so glad I did! The store front is a bit small but fine for what I needed. We were helped by Alan as well as another gentleman (the week before). It did take a few minutes for someone to swarm towards us (I know some people like that) but I was okay with that. He is an amazing person, super knowledgeable, and have never ever let me down. I think the reason why I never had any issues at this location is because I call ahead and let him know that I'll be stopping by. This way, I avoid waiting in line, especially around holidays or pick hours. Additionally, I never had any problems with my items. I wear my bracelets 24/7/365 days. I never heard of Cartier having 'defective' items. Never. I must say, that walking into a store like Cartier can be intimidating for many... Sales personal employed by the high-end stores is trained to appear professional, polished, and not 'giggle'. However, I believe that no matter where you go, you should be yourself and voice any concerns at the time of their occurrence versus writing negative reviews. I entered the store on Wednesday to purchase a love bracelet. It took nearly 9 minutes before I was created Oregon knowledge by anyone. And mind you there was a skinny foreign gentleman sitting at a desk upfront that never even acknowledge my existence as he was too busy texting on my phone. Eventually I was helped by Christine on sizing and fitting my size. What was rather odd that she seemed to have extensive alcohol on her breath. Anyways I proceeded to buy the bracelet and went off of my purchase. After wearing the bracelet for about six hours it came apart. Since I purchased a race it early in the morning I went back for them to reattach it on. After they put the bracelet on me I came off again the following day. I called in the store and not them know what happened. I was then helped by Marilyn to send off my bracelet to New York. She did no follow up on my repair even once which took nearly 5 weeks and multiple phone calls for myself to be able to get the result. They said they would replace my bracelet however knowing all the trouble that their bracelets have had with the new generation I decided I wanted a refund. After mentioning the refund I was told it would not be authorized because the bracelet had damage to it. And mind you this is damage I did not cause since it fell off my hand twice over. After arguing for nearly a week I was finally granted a return by a rather large and not well put together gentleman by the name off Colin. I live in Atlanta but I have never been to such a poorly managed underdeveloped trained store and staff. Cartier is a brand of class and elegance and not rudeness and arrogance. This store has always made me feel uncomfortable and I would avoid it like the black plague. I enjoy watches. I collect them, repair them, and seek out antiques. I decided to purchase a Cartier timepiece to be a modern cornerstone in my collection. I enjoy their styling and movement. Unfortunately, the Buckhead Cartier location's poor customer service cost them a lifetime customer. I've found that most luxury businesses have learned to not make assumptions about the people who visit their stores. A person's clothing is no longer a reliable indication of wealth or status. Style is relaxed; stereotypes don't necessarily apply. When I entered Cartier on a Saturday afternoon, there was one other individual in the store. The attendant smiled at me and told me she would be right with me. I thanked her, and looked at the watches. As she finished her transaction with first person in the store, her coworker emerged from the back. I attempted to make eye contact, but he walked over to help finish whatever sale was going on beside me. I kept looking at the watches. As I looked, two other couples entered the store and walked to the engagement rings. Both employees immediately greeted them and pledged to help them once their transaction was done. I expected that one of them would break away to show me a watch. Instead, after the first man left the store, both associates went to help the two couples. After a few more minutes, I asked the original associate if I could view a watch. She said she would be with me after she finished with the ring. Another couple entered. The original associate immediately walked to them and began to show them rings. I was irritated by this behavior, but decided I would stay in the store until someone helped me, because I really wanted a Cartier for my collection. I should note that I entered the store wearing jeans and a t-shirt. The other couples were far better dressed, though I do not believe I was in any way under-dressed to shop at any of the stores in the mall. Finally, after yet another person entered the store and received service before me, I left. I walked a few shops down to a major jeweler and bought a new Rolex Submariner. It has provided me more enjoyment than the Cartier would have, especially given the shoddy treatment I received in the store. I contacted the Cartier headquarters to discuss what happened. They offered no apologies and merely said they would "look into the matter". I expect better from a brand like Cartier. read more

One of the worst Cartier stores I've been to with an arrogant staff that didn't even acknowledge me or my soon to be fiancée when coming through the door. They automatically assumed we didn't fit their clientele when we walked in. After finally getting some assistance by Brian we asked what the reason was we were dismissed but he could not answer us. We took a look around as we were ready to purchase a ring that day, but after the overall atmosphere and attitude we left. We headed over to Tiffany & Co. that same day and were greeted kindly by the staff. Liz helped us fine something amazing and we ended spending $35,000 that day. Needless to say Cartier not only lost our business but our respect as a brand as a whole. Cartier makes such beautiful pieces and those pieces bring the customer in because they are widely wanted. I wanted a very simple Cartier Love Bracelet and sales associate Elizabeth Bessler was extremely helpful in satisfying my need for a Cartier Love Bracelet. I looked at the Gold Cartier Love Bracelets and absolutely loved them. I looked at three different styles of the Cartier Love Bracelets. I looked at the regular Gold Cartier Love Bracelet, the Cartier Love Bracelet with partial diamonds and the Cartier Love Bracelet with all diamonds. Elizabeth was kind enough to let me try on all of these and she also helped me find my wrist size for the Bracelets. I also was shown the Cartier rings that matched the Love Bracelets in Gold. They were in the same style as the Bracelets. There were so many pieces to choose from. They were all so beautiful that I wanted to take all of them home. I planned to purchase a Cartier Love Bracelet in the regular style, but I was called into work for a work emergency. I would still like to give sales associate Elizabeth Bessler a huge thumbs up for being so patient, kind and courteous. Although I didn't buy anything, Elizabeth was still so helpful and helped me with a smile on her face. At the end of the day, great customer service is what really matters the most, and Elizabeth truly achieved just that.
