Unfortunately, this business doesn't operate like they want to help new customers. I don't question if it's profitable, I'm sure it is. However, when I arrived, the security guard told me it's basically appointment only and that they always make people interested in Rolex's wait. I bought a Rolex from Bhindi in the past at another store on the west coast but this location didn't exactly give me the best customer experience. I visited India in the 90s & loved it as I still do & purchased yellow gold while I was there. A lady saw my gold & loved it. I told her that I wanted more & needed a few pieces restyled. She had lived in India. She highly recommended Bhindi Jewelers. I had seen the sign many times. Therefore, I made a point to go there. I took a necklace to have the clasp repaired with a little work to keep a tiny portion of the chain from dividing. There was no gold needed to be added to the necklace as I had the clasp on it. I was charged around $165.00 for that. When I told one of my colleagues from India who always admired my jewelry, she was appalled. Also, when I went to pick my necklace up, the lady that attended to me was nice, but a man behind the counter was not. My husband was with me. He wanted to upgrade my wedding ring & since we didn't know that we had been overcharged & since I already have Indian gold he wanted to see diamonds over a carat--loose--because he felt that they could style whatever I wanted once the diamond was chosen. Perhaps they have enough large diamond buyers because the guy behind the counter didn't seem interested in our business; So, I lost a desire to see anything they had. Mind you, that was before I realized that I had been overcharged for the necklace. Therefore, it worked out for the best anyway. The only misgivings I have about the whole matter was that the lady attending to me was so sweet & I felt she was on commission & he was one of the owners. I really wanted to give her a big sale, but I don't do business with companies that treat me poorly. I told my husband that I want all of my new jewelry bought elsewhere. He obliged. read more

10/10 experience with Mita and Harsh. Mita took the time and patience to help us with the jewelry we wanted and even gave me some suggestions while browsing through other pieces. She genuinely wants you to be happy with the product, she was not there to sell off the highest ticketed item. Harsh also warmly greeted us and provided amazing customer service. If you are looking for a fine watch, Bhindi is the place to go! They are extremely friendly and easy to work with and Drew really knows his stuff. I was looking for a particular type of watch and Drew was able to guide me to the right choice. He asked questions about how I planned on using the watch and was able to show me several options that fit my price range and style. My wife saw a watch that she liked and they were also very gracious in holding the watch until we were able to make a decision. The price for both watches was very fair and reasonable. The personal touch from Mr Bhindi and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back! read more

Went there this weekend to look for a specific kind of gold chain. The sales person that I encountered was condescending, pushy, and not good to deal with maybe because I'm not Indian. Tried telling me that the customers that shop at their store does not ask for specific type of jewelry and just buy what they have or what they/he pushes/sells...which is B.S. Kept telling me about how their chains are all handmade which I doubt because they are the same make as the ones I've seen at other stores. Yes, there are handmade chains, but I doubt the ones he's selling are because handmade chains are not uniformed, they will be slightly different due to being "handmade". Most Indian jewelers either get their gold from India or Dubai. He tried to "educate" me on his products without even knowing what I know like I'm some uneducated buyer. Caught him off guard when I started talking about spot prices on gold and their mark ups. He then kind of changed his tune. Anyway, first and last time going to this store!! Very helpful Sales Agents; takes pride and excellence in what they do. Delivery of two Omega watches in May and November of 2015 was on time, These watches have the original warranty from Omega and the sales Agent, Harsh Sisodia is very helpful. You pay more price for the original Omega watch with warranty compared o On-Line stores which are not reliable. I will not recommend buying expensive watches on-line. read more

I bought my wife some jewelry here as well as my wedding ring. Everything is overpriced, but that's ok because you can negotiate the price down if you try hard enough. The starting price is a little silly really, but don't let it stop you. Do your research on the cost of gold before coming here and set a price limit based off of similar items online or elsewhere. Then when you come in, you can bargain your way to a good deal. The staff is nice and the jewelry is good quality. This place does have a much larger selection and in my opinion better looking jewelry than most other Indian jewelry stores with the exception of Ghovindji's in Dallas Texas. read more

I purchased diamond jewelries 7 years ago. Ushaben helped me at that time. Unfortunately, it has some manufacturing defect. Obviously I was not happy about it, however, Bhindi Jewelers helped to repair it few times and mail back to me without any expense at my end. I could hardly use it, as, as soon as I use it, it needs repair. It was seating in my bank locker over last several years since ATL is long drive for us. We went to ATL few days ago, and I came again here with the same problem. Ushaben is still working here. I requested refund of any amount at this point of time rather than another repair. She went out of her way and managed to get replacement. I needed to add x$, and still thinks that I lost some $, atleast I have something that I can use it. Ushaben is great sales person, she gives honest opinion and even though I had trouble with specific item, I think, it happens sometime from anywhere.
