The check engine light came on within 2 weeks of purchasing and driving the vehicle and when I called Louis (my salesman) he referred me back to Audi due to the vehicle having a new car warranty. Long story short, the vehicle has been to the service center 5 times in the 4 months Ive had it and is currently there now needing a cylinder head (engine) and has been there for the last 3 weeks. If you're shipping your car from out of state they will charge you hundreds of dollars more for their own pocket. They have this employee named kamel that will gladly sweeten up your ear to be able to close the deal since the salesmen they have aren't competent to do their own job. Luis just eats all day. Haneef and Abdul just sit outside all day listening to podcasts. They run an operation solely on cars that don't work. Cassie is an awful manager who doesn't even know where she is standing half of the time. She loves to cuss. Joe talks a bunch of crap about every customer they have knowing if it weren't for their business they would not be open! Smokes cigars all day. BDC girls just vape all day and eat their hearts out claims ozempic is the only reason they aren't 500 pounds. Awful place to look for used vehicles overall. Many other customers have been left stranded in their vehicles because they only fix cosmetic issues with the vehicles. Claim to have a 150 point "standard inspection" but it's completely far from the truth. I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion in June of 2025. The price was advertised as $10,000. I called and asked about fees and was told there was a $899 fee. When I got there they tried to add 2 more fees on for a total price of about $14,500 and I had to negotiate them back down. But that is to be expected. However I also noticed 2 things were wrong with the car. The AC and HEAT were reversed and the USB outlet was not working. They promised to fix both quickly. They have not responded since. Absolute and utter total scammers. Came in to look at buying a Wrangler they had. It was on a lift so I said lets talk numbers before you go through the hassle of rearranging the lot to get it down for a test drive. We talked numbers, they come out stating that they are selling it for 4800 below kbb (I had already run it against Edmunds, Carfax, KBB, and JD Power, and on average it was considered 2k below market assuming excellent condition). Then they knock the price on my trade down $1500 from the trade in bluebook because they say they can only wholesale it. Walkaround of the vehicle shows 4 bald tires, they say theyre going to take care of it. Test drive goes fine, we talk financing (i have a calculator up on my phone) and they come back with some crazy payment that would have me paying 50% more for the vehicle over 5 years. First they say they put in the wrong interest rate, then they say they had the wrong tax rate in (I'm out of state). No way the tax rate pushes up financing by 10k. Then they tell me the discrepancy is for the 2k upcharge for lojack and vin etching. I didn't ask for either, and the vin is written on just about every part these days. They also claimed it would save me 20% on my insurance (which my carried denies). Ironically, the room next to us also had a guy getting heated with his salesperson. Seems like the plan is screw buyers over as much as they can and hope they get people dumb enough to roll with it. A bunch of back and forth and I want to leave, but they refuse to give my truck keys back, say they already have a buyer and they really want to make a deal (quick turnaround in wholesale, must have made a couple grand on that). Eventually I sit with the manager and they agree to get me to the number I want. I ask about the tires, they say they'll buy them and ship it to me. Take all the information, I agree to mail the title to my truck when I get home. 3 days later, we get the infamous "death wobble" while driving the jeep. Luis calls and asks how things are and I tell him. Said i'd love to bring to dealer, but can't without the registration and inspection first otherwise I know the dealer will blame it on them. He says he'll get on the team about it. 4 weeks later, still no registration, no tires. bunch of excuses about being so slammed. They write me up a "We Owe" document stating they owe me the tires and I agree to send the title, they send back the registration. Then I get a call, new guy "only been manager a month" (Kamel). Wont get me the tires, will only give me $600 for tires. What a joke. Pack your vaseline if you want to go here... read more

I spoke to the sale person before making a trip that is about 3 hours away from Albany. The mini cooper countryman listed for sale was $18,900 and I have messaged them before making the drive. I have advised the sale person that I can do $19,500 out the door, he stated that it is not far from what they are asking. I got there and the price with doc, tax, and other things that was added $26,000. One of the fees in particular was for them to make the car safe to sale which was around $3,000. I told them why are you charging me for something that they should be doing anyway. And don't forget the documents fees $1,000 was added they said it was by law but I was just at another dealership they remove that with ease which they did tried to charge $400 and not $1,000.
