My computer was having a problem with the Power Drive resulting in it not powering on even when connected to the power cord. I gave these people a call and explained the problem. They were able to talk it through with me VERY thoroughly and access what the problem was. I was told they were sending their tech support guy to Best Buy to get a new Power Drive before heading to me to further assist me. About 30 minutes before the agent's arrival, he called me to tell me he was 30 minutes away giving me time to make sure I was home. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after the call, the tech support guy shows up. He was very friendly and very focused. Serious, my house is loaded with Cool stuff but he stayed 100% focused on the job at hand with NO distractions. The agent was able to disassemble my PC tower to run a test on the Power Drive to see if it worked. It didn't. He managed to put a new power drive in and then tested it with my computer. It worked. He then after reassembling it, connected it to a monitor via HDMI cable to see if it worked. It booted into Windows. The Tech Support guy in great detail explained the process of how everything worked. Such great detail that even I could understand it. He was also able to explain a few PC related things I wasn't sure of. The price of all of the above being done was quite reasonable. They delivered same day service with excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this place enough! You can have your devices repaired in the comfort of your own home!

The amount of business they gets fluctuates but most of the time when you show up, it will be just your or maybe a few people. On most visits I can be in and out within 5 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help me with whatever questions I may have. On 2 occasions now, I've showed up to send a package while it was raining. They let me hang out in their store until the bus arrive for me to take home. Quite personally, I prefer to go to the UPS Store over the Post Office. Less business. Less Waiting. The technician could not program them because his equipment need a programming update. I rescheduled the appointment to the following Friday. Then, that Friday, I got a phone call that the technician had to go to a meeting and no one else was available until the following week. I rescheduled the appointment to Thursday in the following week. However, I went in Saturday after that Friday and asked why they couldn't have scheduled sooner. The staff had no idea. I just got my money back. I'll still buy batteries there, but wouldn't recommend them for reprogramming key fobs.

The store never posts their different level of consumer options for phone service. *** In addition, the lowest priced plan is never mentioned in a casual conversation with any agent.*** The plans are neatly tucked away on the internet; where a person must know beforehand what is and what isn't, or they are at the mercy of the store clown. ... Sound familiar? Buyer Beware; you're getting what is known as the 'all in one source' or the 'one stop shopping' experience.
