I like printing on my HP printer I usually buy the cartridges at my local Walmart after I throw some lettuce and carrots in my shopping cart. Then one day a lightbulb went off in my head I should just try refilling instead! I went on ebay and bought a bottle of ink using a syringe over the bathroom sink... I filled the empty ink cartridge up and used a little bleach for the clean up It worked for a little while then one day it begin to get hostile while it was in the middle of printing my report. you can forget about contacting customer support cause you'll just come up short. So off Cartridge World I go where I can get the most ink for my dough I love this location off Alpharetta Highway I would come here any day the owner is really friendly and super nice and I get my printer cartridges for a great price. Now I can get back to printing for my work drinking bad coffee complaining about the boss whose a jerk! read more

They were great store in Roswell. Their cartridges are not working well at all the last 1-2 years. They have more and more issues. The nice smart people are not working there anymore. It is not worthy to go there!!!! RAN AWAY !!!!!! ......Rather use Microcentrum, new full cartridges, so great prices. Or use Remanufactured cartridges in Target...1 year warranty, brand new in the paper box and sealed in the cover, tested, 5 % will go to charities, it will show the ink level.... read more

I have been a customer for a number of years. But Today I was excommunicated by a manager. Yes I did drop an F-bomb on the phone. But it was not directed at the person I was taking to. You see I was told the cartridge I was going to pick up today was not the $39 quoted to me - but $91 and would not be ready for 5 days. I really needed it today. I was a little upset at the manager who made the mistake. So I am sorry to Mercedes for hearing the F-Bomb, I did not direct my anger and dismay at her. Nor did I even raise my voice. On the other hand the Manager could have taken some responsibility " for his F-ing mistake" and not have the counter girl call me. Now having repeated my self, I apologize if I have offended anyone else who may read this. read more

I purchased a full set of cartridges from them a year ago. I replace each color as needed for my laser printer. I am a repeat customer. I opened one that was sealed and used it this morning. It bled ink repeatedly after numerous tries. I went to exchange the cartridge and was told the warranty is 90 days. I said but I opened it today from a sealed package. He said he would make an exception this time but the warranty is 90 days. Acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor. I was going to buy more cartridges while I was there but I won't give them my business! Stand by your products no matter how long it's been! At $59 per color, this is a very big expense for a small business owner. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you Roswell store!!!!! I sent an online inquiry 2 weeks ago, and Maurice was quick to call me to follow up (several times, as I was out of town and not answering my phone). I called yesterday to ask some questions, and they suggested I bring both my printer and non-working cartridges in to be checked. Maurice worked for quite a few minutes, performing multiple tests, before finally figuring out that I had purchased not 1 but 4 bad cartridges. The owner and team at this Cartridge World are great and have truly helped me. What I appreciate is that they are not trying to sell products. They instead offer solutions. I buy their toner cartridges for both my personal use and for my business. There have been a couple of times I came in thinking I needed to buy new cartridges but instead the staff explained something I was missing and I did not buy anything - they could have easily sold me something and I would have bought it. I had something go wrong with a cartridge (possibly my problem) and after the owner made it right, she called me to see that my printer was working, and if it was not, she was going to schedule me to bring in my printer for them to look at it. I started shopping there to get less expensive printer ink. I now appreciate that in addition to ink, I get good customer service and expertise. read more

I have used them many times in the past however the last 4 cartridges have not lasted & with so little printing. Don't know if the ink is evaporating while sitting idle but I WON'T GO BACK TO THESE GUYS. I will try others in the business but this place I have had terrible results lately. I am not even willing to return the cartridges knowing they will adjust because it's happen too many times in the past. You lost me as a customer. Just not worth my time anymore. read more

I cannot believe I never knew about this place. I have wasted so much money on ink at Staples it's ridiculous. I paid about half what I would have paid elsewhere for my ink. I have had no problems with any of the ink cartridges I bought here, but I see someone else saying that suddenly the cartridges do not last as long as they used to so I guess we'll see. But for now I'm happy. The employees are nice, the price is great. read more

will have to say, that what I buy from here is always half the price of buying at another store. I get my inkjet cartridges refilled for my Epson. New ones are 17.93 at regular stores. only 9 dollars refilled here. good deal. Also they are pretty quick at refilling every morning when im in a hurry. read more
