Unfortunately, the item I was looking for wasn't present on the aisle. It was an Xbox special controller. Dwayne came around the corner at the perfect time and asked if I needed any assistance finding something. I was so happy because this is exactly what I needed lol. He scanned the item in his system and was able to grab the item from the back. This makes for such an easier shop and the customer is always happy when the my get their intended item. This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section…read more I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

He simply suggested that the other cashier use the other register... Wait.... You mean to tell me that I would have come WAY back for something that could've been purchased one register over?!?!? I work in Acworth and get off at 5PM so I called the store and spoke to a female who ensured me that the door would be open until 6PM. I left a few minutes early from work to secure my arrival time. I arrived at 5:50PM and walked into a frantic gentleman trying to dwindle down a 5 person line. He ended up locking the door at 5:56PM stating, "if he didn't he would be there until 7PM". I was the last in line. Once he got to me he asked if I knew FOR CERTAIN what I needed and I told him I was there to pick up my order #12137324. He QUICKLY instructed me that the order was not made and that I would have to return tomorrow. I told him that I received a confirmation email over an hour ago and sprinted there after work. He stated that there is nothing he can do because the girl that left him there alone never made my order and I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a refund and was told that the order does not actually charge my card until they initial the sale in the computer, which they had not done. He ensured me that he would cancel my order first thing in the morning. So now I am left with no paint samples, no more $10 off code for signing up, and time to make up at work for leaving early. I would like to know why there was an email sent to me when my order was never touched. Also, I would to get my $10 off coupon back. I will be ordering from another store who will hopefully do their job correctly.

Also filled a leaky tire at the air pump, which is inconveniently located in the parking area. Not a big problem but traffic is hectic at this busy location. Worth a visit.
