The couple times I have had issues with the machine, I called them. My printer didn't come with wireless but they suggested using a wireless router to act as my wireless point for the printer. It worked and saved me loads! They also helped me troubleshoot some printing problems. I think I may need to talk to Ricoh (which I kind of dread), but the folks here are helpful and amazing.
