I mean I come here to get my exchange of ink cartridges for something like a third of the price I'd pay to get them new (and it's greener- a bonus)... but really it has a lot to do with the bulldog behind the counter. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I have used them for years to get refills for my inkjet printer and laser tone as well.

I was ripped off by this branch of Cartridge World. Last week I bought a black and a color cartridge for my printer to the tune of $37.93. I let them sit for almost a week before opening. Last night, I joyfully open the black cartridge. Took it out of the box, opened the silver bag, and put it in the printer, no problem. I did the same thing with the color cartridge, and then noticed it was the wrong cartridge, another black one. I took them back today and there was different guy working. I told him what happened and he said there was no way that could have happened and refused to do anything about it. All I wanted was the color cartridge I paid at least $20 for. He said even with a receipt he wouldn't do anything because it was impossible for that cartridge to end up in that package. I will swear on a stack of Bibles that what I was telling him is true. He as much as called me a liar without using the word. Now, I am out of the $20 I paid and still have no color cartridge. read more
