Fast response and good service. Will most likely rent my next golf cart from here. Reasonable prices.

The first day I got it the wire cable to the battery was corroded and came undone and then less than a week later, it completely stopped running and here I am stuck with a golf cart that I can't move. I didn't know if I should fix it or how to get rid of it , or if I have to throw it out. I called a couple places and no one really wanted to listen to what I had went through or what my current situation was. No one cared. All they wanted to do is sell me a $10,000 or $20,000 golf cart . BUT then Chad answered the phone. He patiently listened to me and he actually cared! I was able to get the golf cart easily repaired for an affordable cost at my home because they sent John to repair the cart. John is a super honest guy another really special person. Chad made sure I was taking care of that. I can come back for any other services or for my next purchase which won't be a rip off but a quality cart with quality service. Chad was like Superman to me that day I needed help. I am so grateful for this establishment It won't go anywhere else! In fact, I'm gonna refer everybody I know here! Thank you Chad !

He's the owner and I see why he's grown to have 3 dealerships in this area in just a few years. He's a great listener and says the right amount of words - not overly talkative or salesy- but very friendly. Not intimidating for a woman to make a purchase there. Great experience so far.

While I did receive multiple quotes, most came in far higher than I expected, with limited warranties and long delivery timelines. Dickey, the owner of VIP Golf Cart Service, stood out immediately. He personally called me back right away and, instead of simply trying to sell me a retrofit, shared his honest perspective: I might want to consider purchasing a new or factory refurbished cart instead of investing heavily into my older one. That conversation really impressed me. There was zero pressure -- just thoughtful, experience-based advice focused on what made the most sense for me long term. After reviewing the VIP website, I saw an impressive inventory of fully accessorized new and factory refurbished carts, all backed by strong warranties. The site makes it incredibly easy to request a quote, with or without a trade-in, and even highlights special offers for USAA and Sam's Club members. Dickey followed up quickly after my online inquiry, letting me know he would email a final quote and could arrange delivery -- and pick up my old cart -- as soon as the next day if I approved the quote. That level of responsiveness is rare. The extended price on a fully accessorized 2026 E-Z-Go RXV-2 Elite, combined with a very fair market trade-in value for my 2012 RXV-2, made the decision easy. The value proposition just made sense. True to his word, white-glove delivery was made exactly as promised. How great is that? Having spent a lot of time in Hawaii, I deeply appreciated being treated with genuine Aloha. I truly felt like ʻohana (family) throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend VIP Golf Cart Service. If you're considering upgrading, retrofitting, or purchasing new, start there -- you'll be glad you did.

Cannot recommend these guys for on-site service…read more I had a John Deere riding mower. I had a broken steering assembly and wanted to replace the rear tires because of a flat (I already had the replacement tires). All in, about $250 in parts. That's not the problem. The problems started when they missed three scheduled appointments. Straight up no-showed. After the first two no shows, they apparently parted ways with the tech -- but, he had the parts so they missed the third appointment. I learned of that after they cancelled the appointment the day of. When they finally arrived they made the repairs (+ basic service on the lawn mower--I provided the service kit - but I figured they were there, might as well have them do it), but the tech indicated they'd need to use a tire shop to mount the new tires. Tech would come back the next day. He did, and I didn't think much of it at the time. Two months later, I finally got the invoice. First, despite never sending the invoice, they tried charging a financing fee because the invoice was pending for the two months they never sent it -- even though I could not have known what to pay until I got the invoice. Second, the invoice was not itemized. But, ultimately, to replace a $250 part, do the basic service, and change a tire, they were charging $3500(!). I think that's more than the cost of the original mower. When I finally got an itemized invoice, I discovered they charged me $1300 to pick up the tires at the shop, bring them back, and install it on the mower + $133 from the shop to actually mount them. That's more than 5 hours of labor to drive 20 miles each way to change a tire. Obviously, if anyone knew that would be the cost, they'd just do it themselves. If you have to use them (I know, with California not selling non-diesel mowers any more you may have to repair), expect delays, get a written estimate, and expect they will overcharge. But, I'd try and find another option first.
