After repeated attempts to rectify it, I decided that I would never go back there again. When my service on my bike was due again, I was really in a tough place. I decided to go to the next nearest Trek location to my work, only to find out that it was being managed by the same person. I reluctantly went anyway, only to find out that they were closed on Mondays. I looked for the next closest location and that was Alamo and everything changed for the better. I went in, told them the problem that I previously had. They suggested I reach out to Trek Warranty and that the two of them, the Trek corporate along with the Alamo store, would make things right. I was hopeful but not convinced. 48 hours later, full resolution of my issue, and my bike came back to me after the level two service, better than when I originally bought it. This is a fantastic store. I know that their clients are difficult to say the least but these guys meet the challenge and exceed expectations. I cannot recommend this store enough.

The efforts from Eddy, Matt, and the whole rest of the team from Big Dave's proved me wrong in a good way! The work done overall was expensive and somewhat inconvenient needing to go back the next day to get the brakes readjusted. However, after going to them on numerous other occasions and receiving good advice and results, I'm giving them five stars. In addition, the repair also spares me from contacting the bike manufacture to get approval for returning the bike. I can't fathom how pricey the shipping alone would be to send the bike back.

The camp used to be good but there is a complete lack of discipline this year. There is a lack of…read moreoversight from the camp staff, and group of kids were bullying others on an ongoing basis. At one point, the kids were fighting with one another with rocks. Even after being spoken to, the kids were allowed to retaliate further by urinating right next to another group of kids who were eating snacks. This was acceptable behavior. The camp counselors were also allowed to jump on their bikes over the kids heads. Again, this was seen to be acceptable. We will not be returning to this camp.

Go to any other bike store like trek or Mikes bikes if you buy a bike. Other bike stores don't charge that fee(I called and asked) and the workers at these other stores actually care to please their customers. Wouldn't be surprised if this place doesn't last much longer with their bad customer service. This is my first yelp review ever. He messaged to us when he was on his way to our home and arrived on time and prepared. He worked on our 3 bikes for almost 2 hours and provided insight on all three. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. One of our bikes, an older model Canondale, wasn't worth repairing/tuning up and he was honest about the shape it was in. Very happy with Nick's services.
