I had purchased a golf cart an 1999 easy go for $2000 on Facebook marketplace thinking it was a steal of a deal. The first day I got it the wire cable to the battery was corroded and came undone and then less than a week later, it completely stopped running and here I am stuck with a golf cart that I can't move. I didn't know if I should fix it or how to get rid of it , or if I have to throw it out. I called a couple places and no one really wanted to listen to what I had went through or what my current situation was. No one cared. All they wanted to do is sell me a $10,000 or $20,000 golf cart . BUT then Chad answered the phone. He patiently listened to me and he actually cared! I was able to get the golf cart easily repaired for an affordable cost at my home because they sent John to repair the cart. John is a super honest guy another really special person. We have had a terrible experience with their post installation customer service. All Cal installed a RoyPow lithium system in our golf cart and the system died on us requiring a tow. They forgot to install the charging meter that comes with the package and have gone silent on us after missing an appointment to come and resolve. We had thought we made progress getting something on the calendar after 8-10 calls/emails...but back to the black hole known as All Cal Customer Service. read more

I bought a used cart about 6 months ago. Within a month I started having electrical problems and it wouldn't move. I tried to call them back and explain it wasn't working and no one ever responded. After I took it to another repair shop at considerable expense I learned that the cart had apparently been submerged in water and there was serious damage to the electrical harness. Five Stars ++++ Rob went all out for us. We went in needing a carburator for our EZ GO gave us a quote. We just asked asked him what gas carts he had. He showed us he two in his showroom. One was white and plain like that looked like our old one. I'm sure it ran perfect . Me, being a woman saw the shiny one on the other end. At the time we were not looking to replace our "Flintstone Mobile." Went back a week later, let me tell you this man is very patient. We looked again, stated we did not like an extra part on it. He said it could be removed. My husband called back 3 days later asking if we could look at it AGAIN, within the hour. He of course agreed. We met and agreed to the the very nice price he offered. The next night my husband decided he wanted it "lifted". He called Rob and withen 1/2 an hour he sent us two choices. We made our choice right away. The next afternoon he had text us pictures of the cart with the new rims and wheels. He said "it looks awesome." He really connected with us. Picked it up this morning. Guess both me and his wife commented on the shorts our guys were wearing. (Ugly work shorts!) As you can see can' say enough about this man and his GREAT company. read more
