The first day I got it the wire cable to the battery was corroded and came undone and then less than a week later, it completely stopped running and here I am stuck with a golf cart that I can't move. I didn't know if I should fix it or how to get rid of it , or if I have to throw it out. I called a couple places and no one really wanted to listen to what I had went through or what my current situation was. No one cared. All they wanted to do is sell me a $10,000 or $20,000 golf cart . BUT then Chad answered the phone. He patiently listened to me and he actually cared! I was able to get the golf cart easily repaired for an affordable cost at my home because they sent John to repair the cart. John is a super honest guy another really special person. Chad made sure I was taking care of that. I can come back for any other services or for my next purchase which won't be a rip off but a quality cart with quality service. Chad was like Superman to me that day I needed help. I am so grateful for this establishment It won't go anywhere else! In fact, I'm gonna refer everybody I know here! Thank you Chad !

I golf a lot, and I'm a highly active social member with both clubs. I have referred many people from both clubs. I bought a used golf cart from this place and honestly liked it. I've gone out of my way to talk them up, send people their direction, and give them credit anytime someone asks about my setup. I've added upgrades to my cart that get a lot of attention, and I've consistently pointed people back to them. I'm not just a random one-time customer. That's why this is frustrating. I've reached out multiple times recently because I was ready to buy another cart. No response. Not even a basic follow-up. I finally messaged them through one of their Facebook ads, and instead of acknowledging the lack of response, they just asked "how can we help?" like nothing happened. That tells you everything. Communication matters, especially when you've got repeat customers trying to spend more money with you. To add to it, my original delivery was delayed after they committed to a specific day. I was flexible and worked with them, but it's another example of things just not being tight on their end. At this point, I'm more than disappointed. There are other dealers in Modesto and Turlock. If you're going to build a reputation, you've got to back it up with consistency. That's where this place is falling short. And I'm hopeful this review helps them reflect on their shortcomings and helps them improve. Tim

If you like someone who answers the phone , calls back when he says he will , communicates to the smallest detail and even beyond and completely backs up his commitments , then you will love Jeff. They don't make them like this anymore. I went to Golf Cart Pros last because I thought Manteca was too far out . But the three other dealers I went to wouldn't respond, it took weeks to get a quote and they wouldn't even return my calls when I was checking for availability .Golf Cart Pros gave me a same day quote with the best price up front so no haggling necessary and had the cart ready in their showroom. And they have multiple locations and mobile service so the distance to Manteca never entered the equation. And they have Jeff who just flat out gets it done. Golf Cart Pros are just that , Pros.

The guy up front even told me to bring the used clubs back as I slowly build my own set. That kind of customer service is hard to find. I attended a paint-night event at Golf Ballin last night, and unfortunately, my first visit will…read morealso be my last. When my friend and I arrived, we took some fun pictures outside and were genuinely excited about the space. I even said we should come back to play mini golf. My boyfriend was recently seriously injured in a mountain-biking accident and commented that golf may be one of the few sports he can participate in while recovering, so I was also interested in asking about purchasing beginner clubs for both of us. Upon entering, I took a sparkling water from an unlocked refrigerator and carried it to the bar area, where my friend was trying to find out how we could pay for the event. She knows the owner and asked him directly. His response was, "This is not my thing. I am the owner," delivered in a very blunt and unwelcoming manner. As I picked up the unopened drink and began walking toward the painting area, the owner called me back in front of everyone and told me the drinks were "for members only." There were no signs on the refrigerator indicating that, and I had been standing at the bar trying to pay. He then said I could put money in a box. I only had $20 bills, so my friend gave me a dollar. The owner responded with something along the lines of, "I'll take the $20." This was never about a 50-cent sparkling water. It was about the unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing way the situation was handled. A simple, friendly explanation. "Just so you know, those are normally for members, but you can leave a dollar in the box" would have resolved everything. Instead, I felt publicly called out over an honest mistake caused by unclear signage. No clue that it was a membership type of place. Although I still paid for the paint night and the drink, the interaction made me feel so unwelcome that I left shortly after sitting down. I left behind all of my painting supplies and the drink, still unopened. I was also no longer comfortable asking about lessons, memberships, mini golf, or buying starter clubs from the store. What made the experience worse was the owner's response when my friend later explained why we left. Rather than simply taking responsibility for how he spoke to a first-time guest, he wrote, "Sorry you feel that way," questioned why the interaction "warranted wanting to leave," and referenced not knowing someone's "life, emotions or day." That did not feel like a sincere apology. It felt like the responsibility was being placed on me for reacting to behavior that he himself acknowledged may have come across as "blunt, harsh or rude." My friend and I each have more than ten years of hospitality experience. Owning a business open to the public means every person who enters is a potential customer--even if they are attending someone else's event. Clear signage and basic kindness would have prevented this entire situation. The owner said he will now label the refrigerators and snack areas, which is appropriate, but I hope he also considers hospitality training and reflects on how he communicates with patrons who are trying to support his business. I arrived excited to enjoy the event and potentially return with my boyfriend. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and certain that I will not be back. Be aware! If you are not from the small town or a "member" you will not be greeted with hospitality.
