If I could give a negative star I would. I live in Southwestern Colorado and dealt with Randy Yegge. He seemed knowledgeable but pushy in the beginning. Not the best personality but I decided to try it for a year. My subscription doesn't expire until October of this year. Randy comes into my office on Thursday of last week to tell me he has been leaving me messages for 3 weeks to ask if I wanted to extend. Strangely, I never received any messages via my office or my cell phone, which is obviously on my Ad, that he was promoting for me. He tells me that I have 2 days to decide if I want to proceed with extending the $4200 Advertisement for the year. Even thought my year does not expire for another 3 months. I tell him I will get back to him by Friday as he requested. He was less than nice and that winning personality flashed again. I sent him an email at the end of the day on Friday to tell him I would shoot for another year. I got a response yesterday he already sold it to another realtor and I missed out. It was obvious he had sold that before the end of the day on Friday and just tried to put it off on me. In addition to this horrible customer service experience, the billing dept called me because they were trying to charge me an amount over my limit and the billing dept girl called me and started arguing with me. She was so rude. I guess I should have just told him No when he came in. But ultimately, I was only considering renewing because I like to keep my advertising consistent. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY THIS SALES PERSON, RANDY. SHADY!! I should have read the reviews before. Because there are a ton of bad reviews on these people! read more

UPDATE: I now get an email... saying they don't choose to honor their word and that I am SOL. I would say get it in writing, but to be honest you just shouldn't do business with them. The employees are rude and unprofessional and then try to come into your business later to apologize, while still telling you they are a liar and won't honor their word, because they have no plans to change anything or refund you your money you ONLY spent because you were promised to be the only business of your kind on the You can see emails in my pictures. I have been emailing for over a week with no response. Funny how when I asked a question before it was responses within a couple hours, but the minute I am unhappy I hear nothing. I was promised that we would be the only automotive place on the cart, because I didn't want to spend that much money if there would be other automotive places on there too, that's just stupid. So I go up to see the carts and right there with ours is another automotive place!! I email them and they say oh we're so sorry we didn't know they were automotive too.... it lists that they work on cars, oil changes, brakes, tires, etc... hello you didn't know? So I ask to be allowed to cancel as it's a waste of my money. I hear NOTHING. I have put a stop payment on and will have to force them to call me, because this is ridiculous and not how you should conduct a business. read more

i would give a -5 star review if i can. this company is horrible. bill burden the sales rep who came out did a great presentation and sold me on the carts at frys. made my initial payment and 2nd payment and third month in still had no shopping carts with advertising. on top of that i sent them our own created image to use and the changed a couple of pictures and tried to sell me my own graphics. it was an identical replica of what we had done. then bill stopped in several times adding more coverage on carts up to 75% at no additional charges. finally coming to the end of the third monththey start putting the advertising on the carts, might i say nowhere near the 75% and none in the cart locations where they said they were going to be. after not paying for the next month until they relocated they automatically send to attorneys for collections. this company is a scam and i will see you in court with my attorneys. ***** stay away from this company if you can. you will get more advertising done for free using yelp facebook google and bing ***** cartvertising - you suck read more

1) Any rating above a 1- Star must've given by a worker or friend of those people. 2) THEIR CONTRACT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I would really never want to bad mouth any business because i know things happen, but when a company is out to get people like they got me... I want to put my sense out there so that it does not happen to anyone else! These people pressured me to sign a contract - which i decided to cancel THE NEXT DAY!!!! And they refused to cancel it and sent me to collections for almost $8000!! Just waiting around for the next phase of this process now, to go to court in Texas over this nonsense. If their product was so good, why would they rather kill you than cancel your agreement one day after signing it???? Is there nobody else interested??? 3) Go on facebook, post an ad then boost it for $10... you'll reach thousands of people... if you dont get enough feedback, repost again... or door-to-door mailers.
