My driver's front seat mat was still dirty and they did not do a very good job on the interior windows. They were smeared. Very poor quality car wash. On both of my recent trips, the first employees do not thoroughly spray and scrub your car. My first car came through with salt streaks on my windshield and side of my car. The second time same thing except on my back window. I could have done better myself at a gas station with the free scrubber at the pumps. read more

Paid $32 plus another $8 for mats and 40 minutes of my time....terrible job. Honestly, very disappointed and upset. Didn't vacuum under seats, windows streaky, MUD drips on my exterior back hatch. I could go on but instead I'll leave some pictures. I even came with a completely emptied out car so they didn't have to worry about moving stuff or things being in their way. Fri 2/28/25 approx 11:30 $36 dollar wash tires and interior. I have been coming to this location over 7 years. The quality of the interior and tire cleaning were disappointing and has gotten increasingly worse over the past 2 years. I am a senior and generally the only person in my car so its generally pretty clean inside. The whole purpose of having had the interior cleaned was dusty interior and the floor mats (weatherguard) were dirty from winter driving. 1. The leather seats were dirtier than when i came (appears a dirty rag was used to wipe them down smearing them dirtier than when i came; 2. the floor mats were sprayed with water and left soaking wet drying to the same dirty i came with. 3. tire shine that i paid extra for appears the same way as if the cleaner was using some old brush not at all shined but smearing of dirt was the result. when you pay 36 dollars to have the car cleaned its a disappointing result. I have always bought the gift cards during mothers day sale but this is a waste of my time and money if i have to come home and reclean everything. The outside was clean and shiny but the interior and tire job was worse then when i arrived. read more

This is $32 full service with double coat interior plus exterior service. Front multimedia and clusters were full of dust as it was when took to clean. Reported to manager and they took additional 15mins to clean interior and said good to go. Still find the interior pictures of how sparkling it is. Exterior never saw even one round of detailing just wipe clean by towel but charged for double coat sparkling service. Just because you got lot of vehicles to be attended should not be an exception to others. Swung by Me C's on a whim and see how they fared. Decided on the new $30 exterior and interior wash but unfortunately I would say that the wash was mediocre at best and the interior job was poor. While it looked like multiple people descended upon the vehicle the dashboard was not completely wiped down, my touch screen was not touched at all, the second row was not properly vacuumed and very little was done to the trunk area. Upon further inspection when I got home I noticed many areas on the outside that remained unwashed or wiped. In the end we felt it was NOT worth the $30. I could go elsewhere and paid $10-$14 to get the same exterior treatment and gotten a better interior job doing it myself. I don't believe I'll be returning and will not he recommending the place. read more

I have brought my truck here a few times. This time however my truck truck was damaged. I pointed out the damage and they initialed denied but said they would review the cameras. They had me pull out and wait and they came back and said it was them and that my running boards were an issue. I told her I talked to the girl who checked me in and she told me my running boards were fine. Also not my first time here. The manager Bill called me about an hour later. He said it was my fault but he was willing to pay half. He said that even though I talked to the check in girl about my running boards I should have obeyed the signs and that the girls don't know anything,they are only there for 90 days and then they quit. I should have talked to a manager he informed me! He also said he has payed out over 27,000 in damaged mirrors alone. Defective vehicles he said, not his fault. How's he supposed to run a business he asked me. I told him half wasn't good for me. I would rather leave a bad review and get the word out about him. I called him back figuring maybe half was better than nothing. He said the offer was off the table. I could have handled things better but this business did over $1500 damage to my truck (Serra Collision Estimate). Broke my tail light and scratched my truck. The manager's tone was abrasive, defensive, and he was stuttering. He was talking to me like I was trying to get one over on him. Rochester is a good neighborhood. I didn't drive my 70,000 truck thru your carwash to get $1500 buddy. I can afford it, maybe the next guy can't. I saw your response to my initial complaint. I didn't say "I am going to destroy you". No good. I upgraded to the $40 wash inside and out and my car is spotted on the outside and they did not clean the floor mat on the inside. I think the mentality was process oriented rather than results oriented. My car went through the wash, but it is not clean and for that price I will not be back. Mr. C's came around when I was just starting college. It was a sight for sore eyes for the car wash facilities on the east side, because this was one of two car washes that actually gave a crap about your vehicle as they washed it. They've always done a very good job with making sure every spot of the vehicle is taken care of including a thorough interior vacuuming service. If you pay for the higher up services, you exit your vehicle, and get to take a seat for a 15 - 30 minute time frame. It can be annoying, but you've got to realize that you beat the crap out of your car day in and day out, its nice to give it some TLC once in a while. :) Their prices have gone up and up over time, and of course with the rising costs of everything, you can't really blame them. Plus, they have a quick and easy express lane that will get you in and out in probably 5 minutes. They've had my business for over 10 years, and they will continue to as long as they continue to pay attention and appreciate the vehicles they are washing. read more

I read reviews before going into have my car cleaned today, and did not feel secure after reading negative reviews, but went anyways. Big mistake! All the creases in the seats and door jams were untouched and had gobs of dog hair left there. My front passenger seat wasn't vacuumed at all, must have been forgotten. My windows were only half done leaving the tops of them untouched and dirty still. My mats were all in the wrong spot except the front drivers side one. My cup holders still were both still sticky. My wife and I were just appalled, but unfortunately we couldn't go back because we were already running late for a party. Needless to say we will never return to any Mr. C's carwashes. They charge way too much for crappy service. My 11 year old son would have done a 10 times better job for half the money! read more

Apparently the car washes in the Los Angeles area are a step or two above those in Motown. While visiting family here, took moms car for a much needed wash here, and it was almost a waste of time and money. For the price of the base carwash, I could have simply gone to the self-serve washes and saved 75%. While the exterior of the car was decently done, the interior was barely touched. These did not get most of the dust on the dashboard or center console. Decided that it was simply easier to go to the store down the street, buy some Armorall wipes and finish this myself. I saw them touch the vacuum but don't believe they actually put it on any surface inside my car. They also did not clean my windshield or my center console. Are used to go to the car wash soap was very annex inexpensive, but the masculines pushed my mirrors against the car and no one dried off the windows and mirrors. Mr. C's haas workers who not only dry the windows and side mirrors, but they put the side mirrors where they belong. I know the lines are long there, but I get the best wash ever. I also like getting the interior cleaned even though it costs more than the regular wash. read more

My favorite place to get my cash washed in Michigan! I'm here at least twice a week. I'm very picky about my car being clean. I usually love cleaning it myself. But it is winter and super cold. They get the job done right here. You get what you pay for here. They pay attention to detail here. For me my door jams need to be clean all the time and they always clean it without me requesting it. I know it's a weird request put I'm in suit's all day and I hate when I get salt on my pant legs. But overall the staff is great they all work together and do a great job. They place is always clean and the machines are always kept up. So if you love your car and you take care of it. I just left and I am not that happy. I spent a decent amount on a interior and exterior wash. I left and got out and noticed a bunch of dirt still on my floor. They probably just rushed over it, but still.. for that dollar amount I expect the dirt to be cleaned out. I'm not that happy that now I have to go home and vacuum it out myself.. the whole point of going to you was to avoid having to do that. Tonight was my first visit to Mr C's. I had a gift certificate and the guy who met me at the entrance showed me the best package to maximize the value. First, my SUV looks brand new, inside and out. For a frame of reference, I removed my daughter's car seat for the first time in a few months and any parent can imagine the 'before picture' of the back row of seats. Second, and much more important, in my view is that the team cleaning the inside of the car found my daughter's lost gold locket deep between the seats. The locket could have easily 'disappeared forever', but one of the guy's walked it over to me in the waiting area to make sure it was returned safely. Stopped on here at 9 am on a Thursday to see about getting an express detail wax right away. Guy told me they had 3 scheduled today and were booked. He offered me an appointment 10 days from today. I opted for the "Works wash" as I was not going to be in Michigan in 10 days. I was there for probably 20 minutes total and there were only 2 other cars getting washed. Not a single car in any of the detail bays either, yet there were 14 people standing around in the dry bays doing nothing! I would have probably spent close to $100 for a detail, so instead of having the people who were standing around doing nothing in the bays, they turn away business! That makes no sense to me at all, if I were the owner I would fire someone! The wash was just ok, having just driven up from Florida they failed to get all of the bug corpses from the hood. read more
