    The young lady helped me with my side mirrors I always get a good clean wash and you get 2 washs a day with your membership

    Damage to my hood, roof and trunk

    Do not go here. I went to this car wash for the first time on Wednesday 12th of June 2024. My hood, roof, trunk are damaged with little pelting marks in the clear coat. There is no damage to the sides of my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership on Monday June 11th, no damage was noted there. I only got my car washed because a bird had popped on my hood. When I got home, I noticed there were marks on my hood, I took a photo to enlarge the marks to see what they were, this is the last photo, which is location date and time marked. Damage is consistent with debris from sprayers/ top roller, as the marks were made from something at high velocity. The company called me and said because I did not inspect my vehicle after it went through the wash, they are not responsible. I did not know I have to inspect my vehicle after getting a $22.00 car wash, I have owned vehicles for 35 years.

    On 5/31/2024, I used GreenWay Auto Wash in Utica, MI and my car was damaged. I arrived at home and noticed that the rear passenger side window trim had been torn off. It was evident based on the trim being missing and the rubber lining around my window being stretched as if it was pulled, that this trim was forcefully removed. I called the carwash and asked if they had seen any chrome window trim and they confirmed that they had found it inside the carwash. I picked up the trim and filed an incident report a couple days later (6/2/2024) with an employee named Tyler who informed me that the assistant manager Michael Scott would look into this. He also stated that it was apparent that this damage was caused by the wash based on my car being new with no previous damage. I came back to the wash for the assistant manager to take pictures and he too agreed that this damage should be covered after the owner(s) reviewed the camera footage. He asked me to get estimates. After not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks, I called and spoke with the site manager (Emily Carrp) who stated that this was still being reviewed by the owner(s), but typical process was for the owners to send a check if the cost was less than the carwash's insurance deductible. I informed Emily that I had shopped around for estimates as the assistant manager requested and I would be dropping them off. The next day (6/21/2024), I received a call from the assistant manager Mike stating that his owner (Jeff Wiggington- out of state) had reviewed the incident and made a decision that they would not be covering any repairs for my Jeep Grand Wagoneer. According to the assistant manager, the owner assumed that there had to be previous damage for my window trim to be "blown" off. I informed Mike that this speculation was incorrect. My car is new with NO damage at all. Seeing as how the rubber under the trim was elongated, the trim appeared to have been ripped off. Therefore, one of the brushes were most likely caught on the trim. The camera footage was also reviewed and there was no issues with my car while entering the wash. I have been a loyal customer since this carwash opened, even traveling additional miles to use this wash after I moved out of the area. I've had 3 new cars (Jaguar XJL, Range Rover Sport, & Jeep Grand Wagoneer) use this wash and was worried that some day, my car would be damaged. Ironically, the individuals working their at the time were persistent about me getting a membership, so I took them up on their offer. I trusted that my cars wouldnt get damaged due to the wash being new. I also trusted that the management/owners would be honest and cover any damages caused by their carwash. Unfortunately, I was wrong and this is not how they do business. This carwash owners care about an expense more than loyal customers or their reputation. Therefore, I will be cancelling my membership by the end of the month. DO NOT go to this carwash if you have a nice car. The owners and management will not take any accountability for any damage.
