I understand the blending tops are open but knowing it's a delivery order the blended tops should be proactively replaced with a closed top due to travel and the possibility that they may fall and being next to other food items also being delivered. The manager was not very open to problem solving. He wanted to give arbitrary reasons why this or that couldn't happen or why it did instead of a simple apology and committing to seeing this as a area of opportunity to improve. Unfortunately this place gets a 2 our of 5 as the other item came in perfect condition. 3 points taken off for being reactive instead of proactive and the oppositional attitude of the guy who answered the phone.

As she tallied it up, she asked to see the box, she saw the price of $12.99, oh no, you people can't pay tha price, you need to pay $20.99. I showed her the rest of the cakes, yeah no, you pay $20.99. We can't charge white people that price on the sticker, we need to charge you people more. I just wish they had some lounge chairs in there. Service was fast and diner style. Get what you need and get out of there. No one was rude, but no one was overly friendly.
