WARNING!!! Where to begin! Do not go to this dealership! They are very dishonest and it starts all the way up with the owner Dean Cafiero. I found the exact car I wanted on car guru and traveled an hour to purchase it at Car Vision. When the salesman brought our paperwork to sign I started reading over it and he had added an extended warranty that he had not even asked us if we wanted. We asked him why it was on there and he got upset and said "what you don't want it." We told him that we did not want it and he then lied and said "then if I take it off your payment will go up." What? That doesn't even made sense. When he brought the contract back without the extended warranty it had infact went down. They also added the sales tax to the payment which they didn't ask me if I wanted either. I had the money for the sales tax. They said they would send me the tags and plates once they received them. Fourmonths later and many unreturned phone calls asking about the plates and we wrote a yelp review in which the owner called us immediately and said he was sorry and because of covid it was taking much longer to get them. He asked if there was anything he could do for us and my husband told him that the air conditioner had went out 2 months after we bought it. He told us to come in and he would have service fix it for free. While I was there the police had been called by another customer who they had obviously sold a lemon to and they were refusing to help her. The police told her she would have to get an attorney. The service man came and told me that the air compressor was out and that it would be 800 dollars to fix. I told him the owner said he would take care of it for us. We have it in writing because he texted us that he would take care of it. He said to call back and he would talk to Dean about it. My husband texted Dean again and once again he said he would take care of it and that service had to order the part and once it came in they would call us. 3 months later no call, no tags. My husband texted Dean again. He told my husband that he wasn't going to take care of it and rudly said "what you can't afford to fix it on your own". My husband stayed professional and told him he had said he would fix it and Dean basically told him to piss off. I did not receive my tags for 9 months. I decided to look Car Vision and Dean Cafiero up to see if anyone else had these problems.. My search came up with an article about the attorney General filing a lawsuit which alleged Car Vision sold and leased used cars at inflated prices, used deceptive business practices and sold vehicles that were not roadworthy. I was not surprised when I read it. Very disappointed with this business and with Dean Cafiero for going back on his word! read more

I was interested in a car, and made an appointment with CarVision to see it and purchase it. They sent me a video of the car saying that they have this car ready for me, and on the day that I was supposed to come in, they told me that someone had made a deposit on the car and it is gone. In making this appointment, I noticed that nobody at the dealership was on the same page, and I was contacted multiple times, by multiple people to confirm the appointment, and I was confused as to why they were so unorganized throughout the process. They sold the car without giving me an opportunity to go to my appointment and see the car, and even had the nerve to ask me to still come in to check out other cars after selling the car under my nose. Nobody gave me the opportunity to make a deposit, but that's how the car ultimately was sold. If anyone in the Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, or the Philadelphia area is looking for a car, I would strongly recommend to NOT go to CarVision in Norristown PA. They are not an honest company. Worst dealer experience I ever had! I put a $2500 deposit to secure a car while I arranged a flight from Florida. I liaised with the salesperson, Stephen, advising him of my flight time and assuring him I had a cashiers check. When I arrived at the Maple Shade dealership, the car had not been prepared at all. It was disgustingly dirty inside and out, the key fob needed a new battery and didn't work, there was a warning light saying it needed servicing, the roof wouldn't open. RUN FAR AWAY - ANYWHERE BUT CARVISION IN TROOPER.... My sales experience with Meet and Andrew was excellent, it was fast and they were extremely friendly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about their service dept. We purchased our Pacifica in June 2021 and we just sold it in Nov 2021, specifically so we would never have to deal with their service dept again. It started with a simple glitch with the DVD player. It was in the shop on July 14th and out the same day because they needed to order a part for it, I was told it would take 7-10 days to receive. Fine, no big deal. Until they wouldn't call me, take my calls or return any calls for weeks. It was August 25th before I could finally get through to someone and by this point now we had several issues, both sliding doors were not always working - they had to be used manually, it was not holding any windshield wiper fluid, the trim was falling off, and the remote start wasn't working. I voiced these complaints to Jonathan and Christian, Christian said they dropped the ball with the part and he apologized, they would get the van in again. Eventually I was speaking with Marty, who I am told is above Christian, he apologizes for the lack of communication and he will personally handle everything moving forward. At this point I am being told that the part needed to be ordered because it was never ordered the first time. Two weeks later I have a missed call from someone in customer service, I call back and am told that Marty is on vacation and I can only speak with him since he is the one that knows what is going on, I'm not able to speak with anyone else in service. **Now the van is leaking oil. I went online to sift through reviews to see if I am the only one experiencing such a lack of communication and struggles with their service dept. I did find information for Steve, unsure of his title but he replies to the reviews. I called him to explain and try to get some answers, he tells me that he needs to look into this and I will get a call back in 30 minutes. An hour goes by and I haven't received a call, I text him, just a few minutes later Christian calls. I receive apologies once again and we arrange a time for me to drop the van off, also now to be diagnosed for the oil leak, he also explains that they will not charge me to diagnose it but there may be additional charges. At this point there is no point in arguing, I also know that we purchased the extended warranty so I could only hope it would certainly be covered. Wednesday it goes in the shop that Friday Christian calls to review everything with me, after I called and emailed for an update on Thursday. He tells me that everything has been fixed and there is indeed an oil leak, which we clearly already knew, they will be keeping it into next week as they need to reach out to the warranty company to review everything with them before repairs. Monday, Marty calls and tells us everything has been fixed but the warranty company will not cover the parts for the leak, we are welcome to try and call them but they were already told no. We were told the costs would be right around $300, we ask if that is the final cost and he says yes. Thursday November 11th we receive a call that it is ready for pickup and I ask if they can review the costs/repairs before I drive over an hour to pick it up. I am told $700 something so of course I raise a flag, customer service tells me that Marty will call me back. (When it comes to payment, this is the quickest anyone has ever called me.) Not only does Marty call me, but he laughs when I raise a discrepancy with the costs. He tries to explain to me that he went above and beyond and gave me discounts. At this point I just need it back. I tell him I will need to pick it up later in the evening when they are closed and I ask if I can pick it up through sales. Of course he assures me that is fine. I call around 4pm and speak with customer service, confirming how late I can pick up. I asked him to please be sure the vehicle would be ready because I am driving over an hour, "yes ma'am absolutely I will let them know and the vehicle will be ready." I show up at 7:30pm and no one in sales can find my keys or knew that I was coming. Andrew, the sales manager, calls Angie from service as I am standing right there and asks where my vehicle is, keys and paper work, he also said "you usually tell us when someone is coming." I also text Steve to let him know because we had also spoken about the cost discrepancy. He called me and told me that was unacceptable and he will be calling me tomorrow after he talks with service. I open the van door and there are 2 paper coffee cups in the cup holders, so not only was it not ready - they leave their trash in my van!! Friday goes by, I heard nothing from Steve. Monday, he texts me saying "check your mailbox in the next few days that I should see a check." We sold the van to a Ford Dealer and it went into their shop for an oil leak!! read more

I replied to Julie/Car Vision again and advised we should not have been charged that and days later still no reply. Seems her job is solely to fish for compliments... I just spent $2k on maint on my truck there. A truck that I bought there! Seems there is no loyalty or respect. My other complaint is that you can't call and get right to the service department. When i bought the car it wouldn't start at the dealership, they said it needed a new battery and they replaced it WRONG. I ended up paying $400 for a brand new battery from Audi! The car also had 3 factory recalls on it, which Carvision did not tell me about! My car was in the audi service repair shop for over a month! Please never buy a car from here. No haggle my butt! Dealt with Zack from the internet team on the phone and then Giovannie once I arrived for test drive. Told them I did not have time to play "dealership game" with sales agent running back and forth to mgr. Told them what I was willing to pay and what I needed for my trade-in (which I had also researched). To my delight, there were no games. Car I was interested in had some serious curb rash on all 4 wheels. We agreed that CarVision would repair front 2 wheels which were the worst. My experience with Eric from Car Vision was EXCEPTIONAL! I'm not sure about the other reviews on here, but I can assure you that I did not experience anything negative about my car buying process. I bought my car a week and a half before writing this, just in case I had to add anything or noticed anything. But honestly, I have nothing extra to say except how happy I am with my purchase. If anything changes, I will update my post. First, I contacted their finance department online and they contacted me via email as to what to do about my "less than stellar credit." Then I was texted by an associate to schedule an appointment and what to expect. This not only comforted me but made this process less intimating. (Mind you, I already went to 2 other car dealers to trade my car in, but was declined due to my credit/debt. And I only went to them first because they were closer to my house. So not only did these places waste my time, but they also ran like 4-5 hard credit checks.) I was able to get to Car Vision a few days earlier than my appointment and they easily accommodated my unexpected drop in. I was greeted very warmly and introduced to Eric P. He was easy to talk to and worked with my financial issues. I didn't feel pressured or hassled or talked down to because I was a woman. He was very easy going and I felt comfortable enough to joke around with him. As I waited for the ONE hard inquiry on my credit, I was offered food and beverages by him and the other associates in their waiting room. There I met a woman who was getting her oil changed. She talked to me for the entire wait about how happy she was with Car Vision, their services, their auto shop, their car buying process and even how incredible their customer service was after purchasing her car. Hearing this really made me feel that I had made the right choice coming here. When Eric told me the good news about being approved, I literally jumped up and down for joy! I couldn't help but to give him a big hug! After becoming discouraged from being turned down by other places, Car Vision helped me get into the BMW that I had originally wanted all along! Their finance department was very personable and explained everything that I was signing very clearly. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in (2008 Cadillac). They detailed and washed the car before I left and even filled it with complementary bottles of fancy water! I HIGHLY recommend coming to Car Vision for you next car. As a female who is used to being pressured and haggled when it comes to car buying, this place has changed my perspective. It was a pain free process and even almost 2 weeks later, I am still as happy with my car the day I left with it.
