Instead of just giving an estimate, he came right outside, reattached my bumper, fixed the light, removed all the tape, and made sure everything was secure again. I had an absolutely amazing experience with the folks here at Cary Collision Center. My car was wrecked in an accident in June, and they took amazing care of me in the situation I was in. They were extremely reasonable and patient while navigating the complicated insurance process, and the amount of empathy that they showed during this whole ordeal cannot be understated. I've had a couple of vehicles repaired here (one minor and one larger). The workmanship and paint quality is very good. They were also good about keeping us updated when our new model year vehicle had a delay in obtaining one of the parts needed for the repair. In both cases they were able to accommodate our schedules by ordering and painting the parts before we needed to drop off the vehicles for installation. Not something the bigger body or chain shops are willing to do. Overall I'd recommend this business and use them again. read more

I almost never write 5-star reviews. When I went to Cary Collision Center for a quote, my bumper was partially sticking out and my tail light was cracked and roughed up. Wes (who is great, by the way) hammered the bumper back in so you can hardly tell a difference and told me how to use nail polish and nail polish remover to touch up the paint if I wanted to, all without a charge. He was trying to cheer me up, because I was upset about it. Their quote to replace the tail light was about $400 less than what the dealership was going to charge me, and they did the job in about 20 minutes when I took it back in. You really should take your car here. They are honest, helpful, and fast! read more

I discovered this gem trying to find an auto body shop to repair my son's car after USAA total his vehicle. Cary Collision repaired his vehicle at a price point lower than 20% of that of the Body shop that USAA has contracted out with. The quality of the work was far superior of any of the chain competitors with that small business feel; making sure that their customers are completely satisfied. It's not everyday that you find business that is willing to stand behind their product, but I assure you CC does. I am one of those creatures of habit and believe in sticking with what works. I had the unfortunate experience to get side swiped by another driver and luck would have it that the driver was ensured by the USAA (meaning that they totaled my vehicle, beginning to see a pattern here) and once again I used Cary Collision to do the repairs, totally exceeding my expectations. Now, had I had gone to Cary Collision in the first place, I probably could've avoided having my vehicle total (a lesson I learned the hard way). Someone grazed my car the other day and it left a large mark on the driver's side door. I looked at a few places on line to find a body shop to take a look at it. This business had good reviews and I pass by frequently so I stopped in on a whim. The gentleman at the front desk came right out when I asked and looked over the damage. He went back into the shop, returned with a bottle of ?? something and a cloth. After a quick rub-down there was no sign my car had been hit. Turns out the damage was only superficial, nothing more than a scuff mark. Alright, so they didn't actually do any work for me but I value honesty above all else. I am not an auto-body technician. He could have told me any number of things were wrong and what needed to be done to fix them. Naive as I am I probably would have believed him and paid for the work. You can't put a price on trust, though, and if I ever have the misfortune of needing someone to fix my car I won't hesitate to bring it there. read more

A dump truck on 751 was kind enough to discharge something metal that put a small hole, about the size of a #2 pencil eraser, in the hood of my Altima. Cary Collision in Apex was able to flawlessly repair the hole in just a few days. The hood looks brand new now with no trace whatsoever of the damage. Scott came out and immediately gave me a written estimate. We also scheduled my repair. I left my car for a week and was very pleased with their work. Their price was $1000 less than any other place I checked. I paid out of pocket since the damage was my fault. I am very happy I found them and have already recommended them to friends. Just picked up my Honda Accord from Cary Collision Center. I had hit a deer and it messed up my bumper bad as well as my headlight. I wanted to give my money to a local place so I decided on these guys. I finally decided to bring it to a shop and was skeptical that the bumper would look odd being that it was freshly painted and the rest of the car is 8 years old. When I picked it up it was better than I could ask for. The paint matched PERFECTLY and there was no way you could tell it just got repaired. Extremely happy I chose these guys to fix my car. I can't really speak for the price because I decided not to get quotes from elsewhere but I felt it was pretty fair. I definitely didn't think they were nickel and diming me or anything which was a concern of mine after dealing with some shady auto shops. The girl at the front desk was super nice and informative too, def knew her stuff. When getting a quote they give you a paper with everything broke down so you know EXACTLY what you're paying for. I ended up not getting a dent in my side door fixed but after seeing their work on my bumper I asked for a reprint of the door quote if I decide to get it repaired later down the line. Please do not use this auto body shop. The owner Scott Phillips does not stand behind his business' workmanship. It it shoddy. We were sent there by met life to have our car's front end fixed after someone hit us. Our car was returned to us with the work incorrectly done, the front end was cut up underneath and pieced together instead of putting on a replacement part. In addition, our engine light was on upon pick up and there was a new huge scratch on the front quarter panel. To add insult to injury, 190 miles were put on our car in the three days they had it. We live 5 minutes from the shop.... The next morning we returned to speak to the owner, Scott Phillips, who said he was not interested in looking at the car issues nor did he have interests in fixing it properly. We now have to repair our car properly and seek legal avenues. Our reasons to believe the repair has been done incorrectly were verified by our dealership. Please stay away from this place. We aren't the only ones who Scott Phillips has treated this way. Evidently, it is his mode of operation dating back to another complaintant in 2007. read more
