11/10, look no further if you have a Tesla. This is a true white glove service collision center with top notch service, and it's the only "preferred" collision center for Tesla other than Tesla's own collision shops. I had cosmetic damage from an accident that was luckily cut and dry not my fault thanks to a dash camera. - estimate appointment was available in a week, they only do estimates in-person (unlike some other places that do online estimates using photos). This does seem like a long time, however other shops I reached out to were all 1-2 weeks out and Tesla's own shop was a month out. - you work with one person through the entire process who oversees everything. I cannot emphasize enough how nice this is. In contrast, every time you call or chat in app with Tesla's shop it's always a different person. Things can get lost/delayed/overlooked pretty easily like that. I worked with Brent and he was fantastic. - once I talked to the insurance adjuster and let them know of my choice for the shop and once I signed the papers, I was able to drop off the car in 11 days with 10 day ETA for the repair. Insurance I had a claim through has some sort of agreement with Triangle Collision where they direct bill them and handle all the paperwork for you. I spoke exactly one time with the insurance adjuster, Triangle Collision had me sign one paper via email to get the ball rolling, I then signed a paper at drop off and at pickup, that's it. Very easy. - drop off was a breeze, they are partners with Enterprise and they call a shuttle for you to get you to the local nearby Enterprise branch to pick up a rental car - Brent provided regular updates and the car was done 2 days ahead of schedule - pickup was very easy, they allow you to drop off the rental car right at the shop, you just can't beat the convenience of that I'm very satisfied with the repair, you can't tell the car was repaired. Paint is matched perfectly. I received a warranty booklet for the repair too, hopefully won't need to use it ever! From the research I've done the final cost of the repair turned out to be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. I would not think twice about choosing any other collision center but this one for my future car body work needs. read more

Now, that might be more expensive than the shop down the road, but there's a reason for that typically most people aren't aware of all of that due to insurance, but depending on the value of your car that can become an issue as you approach total loss based on your actual cash value of your vehicle. I don't typically write reviews, but felt like they did such a phenomenal job that I would be doing them a disservice to not document it. I needed a repair to my back bumper following a rear end collision and came here for an estimate. I wanted to consider repairing minor damage to the front bumper from several years prior and, rather than immediately suggest a full replacement for $1200+, Brent offered to have the team buff out the front for me while it was in the shop for the rear repair. I didn't care about it being perfect and greatly appreciated the honesty, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a satisfied customer. Our daughter's silver Mazda was hit by a deer. There was extensive body damage to the bumper, passenger side front fender and side doors. Triangle Collision did a beautiful job repairing the car! They replaced damaged areas with Mazda parts or repaired original pieces. My husband took the car to a Mazda dealer and asked for them to inspect the car without letting them know why. The master technician said the car is in excellent shape. When asked why my husband wanted the inspection, he showed the technician the before pictures. The technician said that he could not tell the car had been repaired except for a couple possible small items, the passenger headlight looked newer and the gaps on the car's hood, doors, and trunk were too perfect! He said that new car gaps are almost always off by a little bit. All the nuts and bolts were painted as if they had never been disturbed and the paint color match was superb. read more

Rarely do I give a five star review. For me, that means that not only was the job done well, but the service and quality far exceeded expectations on all counts from my perspective. Brent and the entire team were top notch professionals from the moment my initial appointment was made. They told me my car would be ready in seven days, because they were very busy. I preferred my car back in five days since we were leaving on a two week trip. They said they would do their best. I received daily convenient updates and could reply with any comments or concerns. Crunch time came and they over delivered! Not only does the car look and drive like brand new, but they returned it to me in time for my trip. I had another issue with the other side of my car which was going to be close to $1300 for what looked very minor. They offered another solution without painting and said it would look 80% better than before. I went with this solution for only $350. That issue looks 95% better! Update for post-repair service - about 6 months after the accident, water started filling up inside my rear backup light that they had transferred onto the replacement tailgate. I called them up and brought the car in for them to check out - they mentioned that some damage to seals/etc. can manifest themselves after an accident due to temperature changes. Brent immediately pulled up the details of what would need to be replaced and reached out to my insurance company for an addendum to replace the tail light - got it approved and scheduled me to bring it back in. I came by one morning right after they opened - they got me right in, the part replaced, and out the door with minimal fuss in a short amount of time. Was a great example of how they don't just take the money and run - they obviously care about their work and making sure things get fixed properly - reinforces my previous 5 star review. read more

I used them as a Tesla Certified repair facility specifically because of their high ratings... higher than any other Tesla Certified repair facility; I was not disappointed. I received an accurate start date for the work, automatic updates as work on my Tesla progressed, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the repair. Not only could I not tell that there had been any repair completed, but my vehicle was as clean and nice as the day it left the factory. Made me drop it off first thing Monday morning when they didn't touch it until at least Tuesday afternoon. Said they would update me by 2:30 and never did. Finally got a time. My wife took her car in for a (hit and run) repair. Said vehicle immediately fell into some sort of temporal anomaly in which the car was simultaneously being worked on, *and* listed as being in "dropped off" status. Same (or possibly related) temporal anomaly apparently prevented the business from predicting when the car might be available for pickup, shifting along a 2-to-3 day timeline. The eigenvalues eventually coalesced into a 15-minute interval between 4:00pm and 4:15pm on the third day. We arrived at 4:05 (after dropping off the rental car), only to find that another space-time anomaly had mysteriously transported the car keys into the pocket of one of the business' employees who (surprise) had just left for the day. We spent the rest of our evening booking a new rental, scrounging up a set of duplicate keys, and retrieving the car after hours. Side note: Youtube has some very helpful videos on how to start a keyless vehicle using a key fob with a dead battery. Business eventually re-acquired the original keys and returned them to their rightful owner, but not before a litany of excuses, delays and rationalizations. Would highly recommend, if you find this sort of thing entertaining. read more

Spectacular service! I came in with some nasty sideswipe damage from a hit-and-run driver. Triangle's folks did everything for me, from contacting the insurance company to helping arrange the ride to the rental location for my loaner. I could not believe how easy they made it for me. They finished the car even before the promised date, and the repair was so skillful that there is no hint that the car was ever damaged. There were even a few little dings and scratches that came about with age that they fixed up for me at no extra charge. "Customer courtesy," they said.
