I have nothing but absolutely AMAZING things to say about this place! It was only recently that my physician introduced me to this pharmacy and I wish I had known about them A LONG TIME AGO!! I'm never turning back to drug stores. I told several hundred people today on a group chat about them today too that see the same physician I was so impressed! I am not in the DC area, however, that is where my specialist is located where I fly in see him a few times a year. No problem there! All of my meds are shipped to my doorstep in Illinois with just a few buttons I press on their app (for free). The longest I've ever had to wait for them is 2 days! This morning, I was switching to a medication due to a side effect to another one and I used their app chat (from the convenience of my bed) to ask all kinds of questions. I even asked a question about potency compared to my previous medication and I was given a calculation; one that all pharmacists learn, but never tell you or take the time to figure it out like they should. I was blown away!! I do everything on the app and I've only had to call once when I set everything up before I knew how to use the app. My medications are so much cheaper, and in the winter when there are huge snow storms or on days I feel like total trash I don't need to run to the store, I just break out my phone! A HUGE convenience! Everything always arrives securely, packed with care. It really takes a lot for someone or any company to impress me these days and I was impressed! I've been impressed since day one! Don't hesitate to try it out! They worst that could happen is you go back to your mainstream drug store, which I can say with confidence won't happen after you experience CaryRX. I used to love CaryRX. I probably told everybody about them. Here's the problem, they don't accept good rx. I understand they can make their own regulations, but getting medicine delivered is not worth potentially paying 10x more for a drug. They are also really strict with early refills, EVEN with the doctor okaying it. I do understand that because of liability and laws, but I typically have no issues since I've transferred pharmacies. If you're a person who doesn't need to worry about using good rx, or something similar the service would be great. I can't remember if they accept manufacturer's coupons, so that's something to look into. read more

I struggle to get my medication each month as it's highly regulated. It's an insanely frustrating process going through pharmacies and insurance -- it feels like I'm being punished for being chronically ill. After the third CVS this month said they had my meds in stock but were actually out, my doctor recommended CaryRx. Yesterday I signed up around 3 pm. By 3 pm today, I had my medication. Excellent service! They make the experience much easier, from delivering meds within a few hours of the request, to handling the doctors and insurance. Prices are even lower than at walk-in pharmacies! Though the app has some bugs, the team has been very responsive (and very quick) to address things via the messages function of the app. They even sent me a pill cutter when I told them it was hard to cut one type of pill they'd sent! And they fulfilled my requests to send a different brand of a drug, as well as to discontinue putting paper inserts in my deliveries (to help the environment). Highly recommend! read more

I painlessly transferred all my prescriptions to Cary through their app, and can painlessly order through the app to get anonymous home delivery of prescriptions. Unlike CVS or Walgreens, their inventory is in stock; never had trouble getting next business day delivery to my apartment front desk. No lines, no waiting, no return visits, they handle the insurance. Instant chat with customer service representatives through the app--try and get CVS to answer an email. If these people offered Sudafed 12 hour so I never had to step foot in a CVS again, I'd give them six stars if I could. If you have more than one prescription to fill a month, you have to be a masochist not to be transferring your prescriptions to Cary immediately. read more

Ok, gang. Going to the pharmacy makes me weirdly anxious. I feel like I never know how long the wait will be, if I go to Target, I spend a fortune while I'm waiting for my prescription to be filled, etc. This pharmacy is amazing. Your doctor can send them prescriptions or you can ask them to transfer over existing ones from your old pharmacy. Then, you can ask questions and get customer service support via typing on the app. They're EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. They can also request refills for you when it's time. Then, it's delivered to your door, same day. My prescriptions come in a box, sealed up, and the first order I made included a free welcome gift of chapstick and hand sanitizer. Great. Stuck in hospital post op and med I need is non formulary and hospital wouldn't obtain and I have no one available to bring it to me. So you know when your doctor prescribe you Adderall and then you go to CVS they say they're out then you go to Walgreens they say they're out and then you go to a few other pharmacies and they all tell you that they're out and then they say he will have it in six days and we have to order it---- all that bullshit is over.... with Cary RX! I've only dealt with chain pharmacies and stumbled across Cary bc of a pricey drug coupon that was only honored at "independent pharmacies." In calling in to confirm the coupon, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful in getting me the best cost (he called my doctor's office, the coupon customer service line and did research online to find better coupons). In the end, we landed on a generic that saved me a significant amount of money. Cary also uses a convenient app to order AND they deliver for free! Nowadays, customer service at that level is rare.
