To make matters worse, we were followed around the store. When I addressed the issue with the manager (Jackson), he repeated the same false claim and dismissed my concerns instead of correcting his staff. This is not just bad customer service this is a serious lack of ADA awareness and basic respect. You do NOT question or deny someone's use of a wheelchair because you "don't think" they need it. No parent should have to defend their child's disability in a grocery store. I expect Giant to address this immediately with proper staff training and accountability. Until then, I would strongly reconsider shopping at this location.
