This place has so many things to offer. It's definitely a one stop shop for your smoking needs. They have a great selection of flavored cigars, all kinds of CBD options, and I love there torches/lighters. The staff is really helpful and nice. The prices are reasonable. I don't support businesses that don't have regard for their customers. I have been to this shop many times, and spent a ton of money. I have found that I can get more detail information about a product online then I can at this store. I have purchased a variety of items from here and found them to be good for one use or defective. I have asked the employees for an exchange, never a refund and they say it's against policy. The owner forbids exchanges or refunds, is what I was told. They sell defective products they don't want back, lol. I don't want my own junk either . They should have a relationship with their vendors to exchange defective products, not put that on the customer. That's bad business. We're all consumers and I'm sure if they experienced what I have, they'd respond differently. I won't be returning to this shop. This is a booming business. I will order online, or go to one of the other local stores. It's just not Cool! read more

they sell bootleg puff plus here for $15. don't waste your money. the light was red when it's supposed to be blue. also i can make one last 4 days, went through 2 in 3 days. have heard from a friend that they were sold duds from this location as well. read more

The BEST Carytown Tobacco location. I only smoke cigars so I can't speak to the other items offered but this great shop for cigars. Compact walk-in humidor but it's stocked with a very large selection of cigars. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager know the most, dark haired younger man. If you don't find your regular smoke, they'll order. Highly recommended! Great prices too. read more
