I am very picky when it comes to finding the right car for me & the employees were very helpful! For example, they helped me find a car that had low mileage, not a gas guzzler, had a sun roof, & a back up camera! They had a huge selection of cars, which was my favorite part of the place. Also, most of the other used car lots I went to seemed to only care about selling me a car so they can make money, but the people here were very genuine & made sure I was happy with my purchase. I had a HORRIBLE experience here when I was shopping for cars. There was a car I wanted so I went and got financing just in case I loved it when I test drove it. Not the case at all. I was supposed to meet the guy at 10am. I get there right at 10am and it doesn't look like anyone is there. I look at the cars on the lot and find mine (didn't take long as there wasn't a whole lot of cars). I like the outside. I get excited about it. A few scratches but nothing major. I go sit on the steps and wait. at about 20 after 10 I decided to see if the doors are open, as I'm sure they have to be there. I open the door and an alarm goes off. I immediately shut the door and sit back down. Honestly, I figured that might have been a good thing...maybe the guy would get there sooner. Their detailer shows up at 10:45 and calls the owner. He won't be there for another 45 minutes. So I call the number I have and the guy says he'll call another guy. He calls me back and says someone will be there in "5 Minutes". About ten minutes later, I see a head going towards the door so I jump out of my car and head over there... it's the cops. Guns drawn and now about to be on me. I explain that I am the one who set off the alarm when I was looking for the person I was supposed to meet almost an hour ago. They continue to search the building to make sure nobody else entered. FINALLY someone shows up, deals with the cops, finds the keys, moves some cars, and I get to test drive my car. I jump in the seat...and its broken. It is reclined almost all the way back and won't come back up. the car was dirty... the seats and the door handles had black on them like grease marks from a shop.**sigh** I don't even get off the lot before the gas light comes on. Fantastic. The guy says we will just go around the block. He continues to play with the A/C and the radio when all I want to hear is how the car runs. The engine was chirping when I'd accelerate. The guy kept telling me he didn't hear anything but I could get the car checked out if I want. At this point, I told the guy I was NOT interested. I went to LA and looked at a car there. A year newer, 13K less miles, and got it out the door for $3k less than the asking price of this company. Thank god I found a better dealership! read more

I wouldn't recommend this car dealer to anyone. The pushy salesman, the cons and false promises. I can't even recall on how many times I've had to call to get my car tags. They never called back! But, when it came to their money, they were more than persistant. You can ask my boss and he'll show you the very aggressive voicemails. Just for their money! I guess you can say that they are very hungry indeed, maybe that's why they take a lot of lunch breaks. Their warranty repair program consist of "Mickey mouse" maintenance. They never fixed the transmission problem like they said they would. Strangest car viewing experience of my life. The guy seems to be completely confused by the fact that I'm interested in buying a car and want to know the price of it. When he asked me if I was paying cash or if I'd be financing I let him know that I would likely be financing but using my own bank. To which he said oh what you need to go to your bank first and get a check. I told him I couldn't go just get a check until I had information about the car I knew even things like the price to even know if I wanted to buy the car. He kept going to have a conversation with someone in the back room and never came back out with never willing to give me a price. He kept saying that normally the person goes to the bank and get the check and then comes and buys a car inside of parameters, I guess this guy has not been working on the car industry very long. But I get it there used to just financing cars on the spot with their own financing. God I hope nobody has an actual question for this place. Managment please train your employees! read more

Terrible experience in looking to buy a car from this dealer. First, when trying to setup an appointment, was transferred 3 different times to different people all asking me the same questions when just simply trying to setup an appointment to see a car and test drive. Second, after finally setting up the appointment, the price of the car mysteriously rose $1,500. I was not able to make the appointment because of work obligations. After this, the price is dropped again, $750 below the original price when I first inquired. So I call and try to get pre-approved and to the dealership the same day. Right after calling to get pre-approved, the price mysteriously goes up $2,250. Upon contacting the sales rep to ask what the price change was about, I got the old bait and switch response of "Someone made a mistake, the raised price is the lowest we can do." After hearing this, I went back and forth with the rep about how shady that seems being that it had not been that high since they first posted the vehicle on cargurus.com 41 days prior. The rep then said if i could get down there today, he would honor the price. Fast forward 2 hours, the car has all the sudden been sold by another sales rep and because I was at work and was not able to leave my job to purchase, I missed out on the vehicle. May be a great dealer, but my experience was nothing short of misleading and left a sour taste in my mouth. read more
