I personally do not like it when sales people shadow the buyer and watch them like a hawk reviewing the vehicle. So I had my guard up a bit when i first got there. New Review: I still stand by my one star, I know the owner recently commented on my review and all I have to say is how unprofessional you are. 1. No one ever told me that the battery was dead on the car I test drove because I never called in the first place I just showed up. 2. I drove more than one car that both had multiple codes. Hence my original review and original pictures. 3. Your sales man told me verbatim that you guys cleared the codes to pass smog checks. 4. Even though my credit score was low I had cash to pay for a car as long as it didn't show any bad codes. The fact that you want to put me on blast that my credit low credit is highly unprofessional, to lie publicly about everything, and to call me a liar is beyond wild. Just you making up a lie about how I called is one thing but the other lie about how someone left the light on the car so you had to replace the battery. Whoever it was must of left the "lights on" for the couple of cars I test drove. Why wouldn't you jump it unless you're intentionally clearing codes. I know you can clear codes just by taking disconnecting the battery. Why would you not tell your client that before test driving it. Don't you think ppl should know those things before hand. What I also find most unprofessional is you guys blowing my phone up trying to get the original review down. You called and apologized for your salesman "giving false information" than when I went back trying to give you guys another chance. You and your sales manager tried so hard to get me to take the review down more than once. You even offered to give me a discount on a car. I have phone logs and voicemails which I'm more than happy to post bc I knew you would try and pull something like this. Old Review: I am rating this place very low because I want people to know they can not be trusted, well at least I dont trust them. I went in wanting to test drive a few cars, we we're greeted warmly which would be expected when you're trying to buy a car. They told us to look around and we were able to test drive cars. I asked prior to driving three cars if there was anything wrong with them. They said NO, what they didn't know was I had a OBD reader. I learned my lesson from buying a used car last time and having issues right after a month of use. I went around putting my OBD reader in the 2014 Ford Focus SE and that had 4 issues ( in case anyone was looking to buy that car, see attached photo). After driving the cars, when I said there was something wrong with one of the cars, (The 2014 Ford Fusion SE) they acted like they were confused and didn't know what any of the problems were. I listed 3 of the 13 things wrong with the car including the fault in the driver side airbag. They later came up with an excuse "there is nothing wrong with the car, we clear the lights for the smog checks" To me they're def not trust worthy and I hope someone reads this and know that they sell lemons instead of reliable cars. read more

After visiting few dealerships and seeing cars with damages, which should be reported on, advertised reports but they were not I tried MotorMax dealership. The price was lower than comparable cars at other places. Condition of the selected car look pretty good so I took some time to see if there was any hidden problem. Don't buy a car here!!! With inflation and Pending lockdowns the last thing you need is to make a investment that will cost you more. I bought this car after trading in my perfectly good car just because I wanted something updated. It was a horrible mistake to choose this place. The financer thank god backed out of the deal because of how bad the car was but on paper it was a great car. Until you drive it off the lot. Literally 1500 maybe miles I drove this car before it started acting up. Then would just shut down. So I got a new battery. Still shut down. Everything went bad for me. So then they lied and said the financier would repo if I still didn't make a payment. I already spoke to the financier and they said it's not their car anymore. Sure enough the bank canceled the loan. They are lying snakes. This place is filled with people that don't care about you. Check out a car. Watch how they act towards you with fake kindness. This is my experience. Once you meet them and you'll how the comments are oddly shaped. Look at the negative reviews for real experience. I returned the car and they sold my trade in and only gave me a small portion of the trade in value. In my feelings, you will waste your time buying from this place. If you think some of the older cars are overpriced. Wait until you ignore this review and buy from them and now you're out of the money and have to fix the car you get because that's what I did. I ignored the bad reviews. I'm still out of a car to this day and planning on saving up what I would pay for monthly payments and just buying a car outright. Better that than get locked into a investment for 5 years and 30k later etc etc But I will not buy from here and anybody looking to buy from here I'll let them know, don't risk it. Don't risk it. It's not worth it. A 2014 Mazda in good condition is normal to find. How the hell did they have one that didn't work right? They are good cars. Well that answer is the people there.
