I used to get my lashes done at those cheaper lash studios and the chain businesses.. Not only did those places ruin/strip my natural lashes, but they also did not look as good! I have been going to Linh consistently for the last 3 years and I haven't stopped because I never have to wear make up to look presentable. I get the volume sets so they're fluffy/wispy and look fabulous. My lashes are still healthy and every time the fake lashes fall off (which they do naturally), I don't lose any of my natural lashes with them. Linh tells you when your lashes need a break and gives recommendations on how to keep your lashes clean (to help with retention) and how to promote healthy natural lash growth. For me personally, my hair everywhere grows REALLY fast (which I think is something that the other lash places struggled with because I would have so much growth when I came back for fills). I honestly think it takes real talent to be able to give me full lashes after every fill.. which Linh is able to do. She works quickly and even adds her own personal touches to enhance my eyes.

She is also such a pleasure to talk to. Every appointment feels relaxing, and I usually end up so comfortable that I fall asleep! Her attention to detail is amazing--she takes great care throughout the entire process and is very mindful of my comfort. My eyes are sensitive, but she works carefully to make sure they don't get watery or irritated. However, they totally messed up my lashes. Throughout the service I noticed my lash tech was multitasking and busy. So she left half way and was texting people while my eyes were closed. I didn't get a lash bath or proper sanitation done. Still, they turned out looking good for those first couple of hours. I actually really loved how they looked. The very same night they did my lashes, I woke up around 1am feeling like I had a contact lens stuck. I had a massive red spot on the whites of my eyes. It's a chemical burn or a subconjunctival hemorrhage. Literally looked so scary and the next day my eyes had discharge and were so dry. I communicated this with their team and everything seemed cordial at first. They offered removal and full refund. They had me come in at 7pm, and waited until they finished with another client while I was in the lobby waiting on my phone. We started around 7:15pm. Another lash tech did my removal WITH NO LASH BATH. This other lash tech basically tried to gaslight me. She said it was completely normal for this to happen. She also said it was probably due to me "touching my eyes" so the redness was normal. And then she also said it could be that my lashes are straight and that's why it itched. I've gotten lashes before. I've done volume, natural, hybrid, etc. Never a problem. Be so for real.. my eyes were watering and twitching like crazy. The other lash tech let me know that she "has a bunch of friends who are nurses and this is normal." Ok well, guess what? I'm literally in nursing school. I even went to the ER earlier that day and I was prescribed lubricant eyedrops. You caused me a chemical burn with your cheap glue and lack of sanitation! They kept pulsating so much she had to hold down my eyelids with the gel remover. At the end, she couldn't even get half of the lashes off and USED A MAKEUP WIPE. After peeling off the pads, she goes to literally pluck my natural lashes out. At the end of the removal I had to go into the bathroom and wash off my eyes. Massive flakes of hard glue still on my lashes that they pulled and cut out. I got my refund, but now my eyes are still messed up and half of my lashes are gone. Pay cheap and expect cheap service and them to gaslight you!

I've mentioned the level of care that Kim takes each time she does my lashes. I am not a family member or friend who is writing this. I am a genuine customer who has been through several lash technicians and have finally found the one! She uses sensitive glue for those who have sensitive eyes. She listens to your needs and makes you walk out looking just the way you want. She is experienced in working with different types of lashes.
