They were able to schedule me the same day! The lashes look beautiful and they feel very lightweight. Their suite is beautifully decorated and organized, and they had a pillow for the legs to optimize comfort during the service. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Very reasonably priced and especially for a first time client. I will be returning :)

I feel like a doll, thank you Hannah! I was able to make same day appointment during the holiday season. Making an appointment is easy online, and right now they offer 30% off for first time customers. I was in need to get my lashes done before New Years Eve, so I was thrilled when Joie de Lashes had availability. They were communicative all the way up until the appointment. The studio is inside Phenix Salon suites. I explained to Hannah how I wanted my lashes filled, and they came out looking beautiful. I am so happy to have found a place that delivers beautiful lashes, and at reasonable prices. Hopefully they last as well, but for now, I think I found my new lash place. Highly recommend. read more

I've been going to her for over 6 years now, and having had eyelash extensions for almost 20 years, I can confidently say no one compares. Hannah is incredibly thorough, a true lash designer, quick without ever cutting corners, and just flat-out amazing at what she does. On top of her skill, her space is always relaxing -- it feels like a little retreat every time I visit. What really sets Hannah apart is her heart. I've been going to Austin for my lashes for a little over 4 years and I only trust him to do my lashes. I have very fine lashes and get "mega volume" but on me they look so natural and my retention is amazing. He's careful and meticulous and takes his time. I always wake up from my nap with beautiful lashes and after all this time there is ZERO damage to my real lashes. The studio is easy to get to and has ample parking. I've been getting my lashes done by Hannah since 2020. She always remembers what length and style I like. She asks if I want the same as last time, I say yes, I take a little nap, then wake up to my new beautiful lashes. She responds really quickly via text for appointments and is very flexible. Her salon is nice and cozy. I like that it's in a private space, she plays calming music, and it's just so relaxing. She's also such a sweet person, I can't imagine going to anyone else. read more

I used to come here regularly... for a whole year I had a membership and LOVED it... I went here back in June and signed back up for the membership only to fully regret it! The eyelash tech burned my eyes and even glued my eyes shut! I barely stepped through the door when the girl at the front desk greeted me with an attitude. First, I admit I was 5 mins late but that should not have been an excuse for her poor customer service. She then said I didn't have an appointment... and then said how my contact name in their phone only had 1 "N" i stead of 2. Hmm... is that my fault? Weird. Then she tried to overcharge me for my service when I am a member. I have been coming here for years.. anytime I come at the 4th week mark or more, it clearly says on their menu that they remove all the lashes and give a new set. Yet she kept trying to quote me the first time client price which was higher... it was that moment that I decided to just leave and continue to go to my other salon. THIS PLACE HAS GONE WAY DOWNHILL!! Do not waste your time or money or you may leave with both your eyes glued shut lol

The morning of, I called to pay in advance and was told to either pay at the front desk or send payment immediately through Venmo. The owner texted me her Venmo, so I sent $180 using Venmo Purchase Protection. After payment, I was told it was "on hold" and that they hadn't received it, even though the money had already left my bank. I sent proof of the transaction. Shortly after, my appointment was canceled. I was told I would be refunded, but I never received the money. My calls and texts were ignored until I called from another number, at which point I was told to "talk to Venmo" instead. I had to open a dispute through Venmo Purchase Protection and was eventually refunded through Venmo, not the business. This was handled very unprofessionally from start to finish. I recommend reading the other 1-star reviews as well, because they show a pattern in how the owner handles situations and treats customers. ---- UPDATE in response to the owner's reply (Google review): Their response leaves out key context. My concern is not the Venmo processing delay itself, but how the situation was handled afterward. I did not repeatedly request anything. I have proof of that as well. I followed up twice, and requested on Venmo like they had told me to. The issue remains the lack of communication, lack of basic professionalism, failure to issue the promised refund, and how the situation was handled once the payment issue arose. No business should ignore a customer and leave them with no explanation.

And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!

This is Shoujo Manga Cat Eyes style, it's dramatic enough to enhance any character look, yet still natural enough to wear off-stage. It lasts pretty long even though I use strong make up remover. Having lashes on save me so much time doing make up and of course they won't fall off when im sweat in costume. If you are a cosplayer and want to wear lashes (and avoid falsies fell off awkwardly at the con), you definitely should come visit this place. read more

As someone who is terrible with the refills, they also lasted me a long time (3.5-4 weeks). A great plus is that she is very quick!
