I went in last minute to get flowers for my friend . The owner is very kind and helpful and she hooked it up ! Flowers are fresh and beautiful way better deal you can get anywhere else . They are by a liquor store in bushard and brookhurst .

I've been here multiple times and the owner is very friendly. Not only that, the flowers are always perfect. The biggest plus is that she can make a bouquet for you right away and you don't have to schedule a month ahead like some places.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! RUDE People work here! I stopped by this location on December 19, 2016 at 7:25pm and I was looking for last minute flowers to buy as a birthday gift. I was driving down Bolsa Ave and I saw that the this location was still open (Outside Lights Were On; Door Was Completely Open). Yelp didn't have any hours available so I was sure that it was still open. I was in a hurry since it was so last minute. I stepped into the location. I saw 2 guys in the back working on something so I asked the guy hey do you have a dozen roses? He immediately rushed towards me and yelled, "We are closed and you need to leave!!" This guy was big, intimidating, and had a really pissed off look on his face. The door was clearly open and the lights were on. If you don't want any business coming in close your door! Simple as that and turn off your lights! Don't treat your potential customers like crap. I'll never ever come back to this place! They made me feel bad for wanting to come in and buy flowers and intimidate me as I was leaving. Don't ever come to this place they are not customer friendly at all. Other reviews confirm that their service is bad as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this flower shop, but my expectations were exceeded and every arrangement but was honestly beautiful. The displays were stunning and Kathy the owner executed my vision for this funeral arrangement to perfection. You could tell she cares deeply about her work and her attention to detail is unmatched. A cute little flower shop! They have so many choices to accommodate. Kathy was suuuper sweet and helpful. And her dog is very cute Hehe. I can't wait to pick up the BLUE roses for my best friend's birthday. I'm so glad I was able to find this place that can offer unique colors and such like that. If u wanted different options from what they already had made the owner was willing to change it for you and she was very fast. My first time ordered the flowers here for my best friend mother's sympathy, I was so disappointed she promised will make the biggest prettiest flowers because at first she said it will cost me around 250 but because I paid 350 bucks she will make a bigger one, she end up made for an ugly and smallest flowers it looks so bad that it stands out in comparison to all others flowers at the ceremony, I can't imagine if I paid the 250 dollars one, we were all so embarrassed, plus the style I chosen was different then the one she delivered, she can cheat once but no one will ever go to her ever again because everyone knows what's her quality of work she did, so sad for this place read more

Worst experience. Went there to order a bouquet of flower for a friend's funeral that cost $150. Although they delivered the right flowers on the right date,but the bouquet and the amount of flowers is smaller than what i paid for. Being dishonest to clients is the worst move a business can do. Will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband has been getting flowers from here for more than ten years. The flowers are gorgeous. The arrangements are beautiful. The flowers were ok. The service was bad. They said " will delivery at 11am." I gave them my aunt's number . they support to call her before they delivery to her house. But they didn't and the flowers the neighbor kept it. Then the neighbor had to go out. they left it outside. I couldn't believe it. never want to have business with them again. read more

After getting "burned" from ordering online, I decided to visit the store in person to check out their flower quality. A young man named Ty(sp?), probably son of owner (Trang), courteously answering all my questions. I ended up ordering an all-white standing spray based on a picture on Yelp. I was definitely delighted with what was delivered today. Per my phone request, they sent me pictures and delivered well ahead of the service schedule. Many Thanks! I will definitely order all future flower arrangements from this shop. By the way, they have so many beautiful excellent quality orchids in store and some sample arrangements for sale at very good price, too.
