It was so large they helped me bring it out to my truck and provided a base so it wouldn't fall over on the way home. A few days later we noticed some of the flowers were dying early. We used the food they gave us and it just wasn't helping. I sent them an email with some pictures, just letting them know what happened as feed-back. I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides. Of course my wife was over the moon to get new flowers and they are doing great. I'll be back soon for another purchase!

Why does this happen! I know I'm good at keeping flowers and caring for them because of how long they always last from Trader Joe's and target. I am just bummed :( loved this place since I moved to California in 2016 and it was my favorite florist. This bouquet also cost almost $100 heartbroken, I already had to throw out 4 roses because the petals were falling off and completely did. I hate to leave this review I'm just sad over it

Pickup was just a few minutes after the window they gave (not a big deal), but the guys who did the drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.
