They always have seasonal stuff and it's new, trendy, unique and beyond gorgeous. I love this store so much! The prices are great too, they have a sale often, gotta look out for those savings cuz it's makes it all the more worth it. I've been there a million times and have never been disappointed. Well, except the time they ran out of stuff right before Christmas especially the garlands, those are the first to go. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby for any of your decor needs or just for fun even! They also have long lines sometimes, that's something to keep in mind as well.

These cashiers should be trained to pull the next person waiting to increase their Customer Service and to always thank their customers. As we pulled in the barn looked like a really cute spot! Really rustic, lots of flowers, and things scattered around. It had quite a few different things to look at but nothing I just had to take home with me. They did have a lot of old doors, panels, wooden boards, and windows that would be great for home projects. The cashiers are not quick with data entry / data capture and providing your name and phone number (which they request when you check out) is cumbersome because they do not allow you to type it in yourself and they incorrectly input the information when you provide it to them. This made each transaction take around 5 minutes per group. Perhaps after some additional training and practice, this aspect of check out will be more efficient.

But what stood out the most to me was how friendly their staff is. A staff member walked the lot with us helping us locate what we were looking for. We arrived looking for some ground cover and left with a tree, six shrubs, and a houseplant. While they had a lot of cute merchandise and furniture, a store associate very rudely approached my family when we were testing out some chairs and basically shooed us out. She rudely told us that it wasn't a toy as if implying that I couldn't afford their merchandise that we were testing. If customers can't even test the furniture you sell, perhaps you shouldn't sell furniture. It was the most condescending interaction I've ever had in a store. That associate should definitely not work in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was an Asian associate. There are many ways she could have approached us, but she decided to choose violence by attacking my children. We saw a lot of stuff we liked and were going to purchase them, including the chair, but after her rude interaction with us, we decided to go to Home Goods and shop instead where my business is welcome. What a way to run customers out the door. If this isn't a family friendly store, perhaps put a big sign at the door that says "NO KIDS". Ridiculous...While I shouldn't base my review of an establishment solely on the voice of just one worker, sales associates serve as the face and voice of a business.
