While the arrangement didn't look exactly like the photo online, I ordered the Standard version rather than the Premium, and it included all of the flowers listed in the description. The difference was simply extra greenery instead of additional blooms, which still looked lovely and well put together. They promptly returned my call first thing the next morning. I got two same-day arrangements sent out very efficiently. Both recipients said the flowers were beautiful. I wanted something bright and cheery, not generic, and they delivered. The second delivery was placed a little later in the day but they were still able to do it. I'm not sure if the pricing is standard/comparable to others but I thought it was fine. $40 minimum for delivery plus $15 for delivery (same price same-day or otherwise). After a few minutes, I saw a bug crawling out of it. Then another one and then another few. Not sure what type of bug but it looked like a semi small roach or earwig. It had wings. The flower store was contacted by the person who purchased them for me and they were treated terribly. Not only were they accused of lying, the staff did not want to fix the problem. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely. I've never had bugs in flower arrangements. Very odd. And not impressed with customer service.
