I received flowers from here as a birthday gift. I was pleasantly surprised. The flowers were nice upon seeing them. However, I placed them on my countertop. After a few minutes, I saw a bug crawling out of it. Then another one and then another few. Not sure what type of bug but it looked like a semi small roach or earwig. It had wings. The flower store was contacted by the person who purchased them for me and they were treated terribly. Not only were they accused of lying, the staff did not want to fix the problem. Most flower stores I deal with work immediately to rectify the issue, always placing customers first. The only reason I gave three stars is because the flowers were presented nicely. I've never had bugs in flower arrangements. Very odd. And not impressed with customer service. read more

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I wasn't sure how the end result of the arrangement would be but I did know I was over the online generic websites. EVERY time I have been disappointed with the money spent along with the actual final product, it never looked liked the photo. I did a lot of research online and settled on Hooray. I came all the way from Aventura to get an arrangement made for a birthday. My friend loves purple and I wanted to see what they had in. Good thing I did. They didn't have some of the flowers from the arrangements I saw online. But the owner was able listen to my input and come up with something great. She even had a couple orders ahead of me but went ahead and did mine while I waited and played with the dog, Jack. It turned out great and was a big hit. The price was pretty good. I understand things can be replaced if they are out of a certain flower, but adding more greenery doesn't cut it.
