Unfortunately they never asked me what size plates I needed and I didn't know they had different sizes for golf carts. When the plates arrived they were motorcycle size plates that don't fit the bracket on my golf cart. When I called about getting the large size plates they said I would have to drive back to the office and pay them again to have the correct size plates. They said whoever helped me should have asked and that most golf carts use the smaller plate. They were sorry I got the wrong size but would have to pay again to get the correct size. Make sure you know the size plates you need and that they order the correct size or it will cost you extra to correct the problem.

The real reason for the review is there mailbox services. They charge you after a couple of large packages and they don't have 24hr access. The mailboxes are also considerably more expensive than the other UPS store in town. You just don't feel welcome walking into this store, or not wanted like it's somehow a burden. I don't know how to explain it just the vibe is off. I guess it's really only good for returning an Amazon package.
