Terrible Communication -- Will Never Purchase From Here Again I had an extremely frustrating experience with Casa Leaders in Wilmington and their warehouse. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. After placing my order, no one ever called to update me on the status. I tried reaching out multiple times and kept getting vague answers or no response at all. It felt like once they had my money, they completely stopped caring about customer service. I shouldn't have to chase them down just to find out when (or if) my order would arrive. In the end, I was so disappointed and frustrated that I decided I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again -- and I would strongly warn others to think twice before doing business here. Plenty of other stores value their customers and actually communicate. Unfortunately, Casa Leaders is not one of them. read more

I had not use the section that turns in to a bed when we pull it out it has a big tear in it I call casa ledars like always they wash there hands. Knowing tgis was a factory defect they said they could not do nothing. Called newleaf the insurance provider. They wash there hands. If your going to buy items from this place dont get the insurance it dose not work they won't help you. By all means if you can save up and by from a place that there insurance is All state get that one better I ended up with a big headache from being on the phone with both places for a little over 3 hours.
