Liz arranged for a boat tour for us and let us know all the local happenings around the area. The Casita was equipped with everything you could imagine in a kitchen. I could have baked cookies if I was thus inclined, and the staff came in and cleaned every day. It was lovely having our morning coffee outside in the courtyard and with a heated pool you could swim at any time of the day. With a well stocked library and movies if you just wanted to stay at the casitas and relax you need not look anywhere else. Close by the town square and the marina, everything was within walking distance. We have already booked a 2 week stay next year we were so impressed with the service and room. Rooms are large and reasonably clean, not fancy or American Sandard, no fridge/micro but resaturants all around. They have AC, hot water, WiFi and Mexican tv. Rooms are upstairs and encircled by a huge old-world looking balcony with seating and a great view of the street below. The street will be somewhat noisy in the morning! Beds aren't great, but ok. They will let you look at the accomodations before you pay. They have more rooms across the street but I haven't seen those yet. There is parking behind, but you might have to park where you can, and move in the evening. I'm a repeat customer and have always been able to do this. Great deal for the price, and I really like this little place.
