Have been to this place several times. Food is getting worse. Last time we ate there service was really bad. The owner gets upset when the place gets really busy. He should be grateful that he has the customers coming thru the door. Might try it again but not wanting to give my hard-earned money to someone who seems like he doesn't appreciate it. read more

This place came highly recommended on a local page so we decided to try it out. Have no idea what was going on that day, but the main server/manager or whoever he was, was in a terrible mood. No hello, no how are you. Just looked at us when he gave us menus. Like, what do you want? It went downhill from there. He was just plain mad, annoyed and unfriendly over something and it showed. These guys are wonderful. Family owned and the food is very good. Very nice menu. Sometimes they get extremely busy, this should validate my comments about the food being authentic and good. When they get super busy, order a margarita or two when your order is placed. Enjoy the clean restaurant, environment of waitress' working their tail off, and enjoy your drink. My husband and I ate here while on vacation. Growing up in Texas, we've had our fair share of Mexican food. My husband is half Hispanic and from El Paso so he definitely knows good Mexican food when he has it. The queso was delicious. My husband had the Chile relleno and said that it was one of the best he's ever had. I had the steak enchiladas and they were amazing. Had dinner last week from out of state. The owner was sitting at the front booth with her two young children. As we entered, she told my mother that we could sit where ever. The owner then got up to bus a table and allowed her children to run and jump in the booth. Then the children were running up and down the restaurant screaming loud. I wanted to leave. I worked many years in the restaurant business as a server and screaming children have NO PLACE in restaurants. As a mother, I taught my children restaurant manners. The owner denied that her children were screaming but hey if she wants to be dishonest then karma will catch up to her. Sorry that she had no babysitter but take the children into the back office and allow them to watch a video or color. This type of denial makes for bad business. When a customer complains, you take it and says thanks. LEARN from feedback. I will not go back and I visit the area on a regular basis. read more

This restaurant is fairly new and it's been a rocky start, but that's to be expected. At first the food was really good, but lately the quality has really gone down. It always takes a long time to get your food, so I expect they have little kitchen help. I know I've never seen more than one waitress working. The one I usually see is very scattered and makes a lot of mistakes, then she tells you about all her personal problems that are effecting her concentration. It's always a new weekly drama, causing her to be unfocused. This week we ordered fajitas, and they were really bad. The only reason I rounded up to 3 stars is before it had been good and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.
