I got a decent burrito from this place. The reason for the one star review is the PRICES. I went in to get lunch for me and my son. We ordered a chicken quesadilla a side of queso a steak burrito and two sodas. The bill came to $50. Fifty dollars!!! $25 per person for a fast food place so now I'm holding in my hand a $25 burrito. Better be the best damn burrito I've ever had. Next time, I will choose a sitdown Mexican restaurant where I can get just as much food served to me for even less of a price. read more

A rating of less than 1. No atmosphere. Food less than mediocre. Nothing stood out to me or my fiancé. I have made better, more authentic food at home for half the cost. Got the burrito and a bowl, basically a salad. Meat extra. Guacamole extra. Sour cream extra. Everything extra. Bill came to 39.00 plus tip and tax for these two choices. Wasn't even worth taking home but I did. They gave us a lid that didn't fit and a paper bag for our chips. Which were also less than what I could get at Walmart. I honestly don't see how they stay in business. Friendly guys working there but looked like drug addicts. We were the only two people there at 4:30 in the afternoon on a weekend. My friend and I showed up at 8:10. They close at 9:00. The young man was super nice! Very friendly. The old lady was rude. She started cleaning the dining area right next to us pushing the chairs around making a lot of noise. I double checked to make sure they actually closed at 9 and I was right. Someone else compared this place to Qdoba and I agree - as far as the way the food is prepared and served. It is also similar to Chipotle. The vibe is a little faster and louder, including the employees, similar to Jimmy Johns. The servings are very large and as many have mentioned, you get chips as a side except on the nacho plates - which come with chips, of course. There is a salsa bar with housemade, fresh salsas available which is very good. I was most impressed with the seasoning on the white meat chicken chunks which I ordered for my entree. read more

Coming from the southwest part of the US. This was the closest to real southwest flavor. I grew up with in Colorado. The pico was mild, guacamole was onion based, chicken had small kick. Nice little Mexican fast food place. I got the Stack. I got fajita beef, black beans, mushrooms. The beef was more on the plain side but all the extra stuff inside the stack made it good. The had a broken wet floor sign on the floor which I almost fell on. They give you chips and they have a salsa bar with some pretty tasty salsas. read more

We normally LOVE Moe's and have visited them in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky. All have been great. Until Branson. The line moved quickly but the experience was awful. I understand that in these Covid times, things aren't always the same (like salsa must be requested instead of self serve from the salsa bar. No biggie.) We ordered a quesadilla meal for our daughter, a JC quesadilla for me, and a homewrecker burrito for my husband. I asked for pico and sour cream on the side. They got our order mixed up with someone else which caused some issues. Had to go back and ask for the sour cream and pico because they gave it to the other person. They ran out of sour cream up front and by the time they gave it to us we were mostly finished with our meal. Sodas were self service but we had to ask for tea every time we wanted a refill. Food tasted ....old...or something. Just not quite right. The employee running team cash register had only one hand covered in a glove. He used his non gloved hand to handle everything from money to drink cups. Noticed that his fingernails were VERY dirty with black crud under them. Yuck. Cleanliness was definitely lacking here. I felt sorry for some of the employees because it was obvious they were struggling with their mask requirements. But if we're in Branson again, we will sadly need to steer clear of this Moe's. :( read more

Did an online order for pickup. Was told the food would be ready at 6:23 and I didn't leave with my food until after 7. Overall customer service 3/10. Rude, tried to ignore me even while being patient seeing other people walk in, order and leave before me. I would've done the same, but I already paid for my food. Moe's is a relatively well known franchise in Florida, however here in Branson it's new for all of the locals. Featuring delicious Tex-Mex if you are a fan of Chipotle you are probably going to enjoy Moe's too. Unfortunately for me, this Moe's has the all-time best service I have ever experienced at the chain! All of the employees were incredibly friendly and the manager James made sure that he was available to us for whatever we might have needed. They really do deliver on service with a smile and make sure that you know exactly what you are getting. For all those knew to Moe's I'd always recommend a burrito bowl as your go-to for lots of food. You typically get at least 20-30% more food with a bowl rather than a burrito and the contents are exactly the same. Chips are free and bottomless and I like to get creative by crushing them in putting them in my meal for that added texture and crunch. Make sure to stop by the salsa bar for 5 different salsas ranging from sweet Manga Habanero and savory chunky salsa. read more

It's a lot of food for a "cheap" price, Moe's is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat at just because you get burritos the size of your head there the only "bad" thing I have to say about it is that the cups for the salsa are extremely slow and when you order from Uber eats you don't even get any, I get why but you bring me the chips I would like some dip but it's not even really a bad thing because I just use the chips for the stuff that falls out of the burrito. read more

Went to Branson, MO for my birthday and this was by far the BEST PLACE to enjoy a meal. The food was authentic and so delicious and the service was also great. They were very busy when we went, but we were seated quickly and the food came out promptly. Our waitress was sweet and very attentive to our needs. And the icing on the cake was that margarita. Best margarita I've had thus far in life. I was too full for desert, but next time I'm definitely trying the flan. Will most definitely eat here again. read more

I've been to multiple Moes in my lifetime and this has to be the most stingy one that I've been to. I asked for extra meat and the burrito is smaller than normal meat from other locations. I asked for extra chips for my cup of queso I ordered and they gave me enough for maybe half the cup. That order was 23$ also the most I've ever been charged. Very disappointed. read more

I love Moe's so when we saw one close to our hotel we decided to stop for a quick dinner. We didn't get the normal "Welcome to Moe's" greeting instead a cranky older lady who I think was the Manager on duty immediately started telling us that due to Covid the tables couldn't be moved & they weren't all available to use. It felt as those she was trying to turn away business & we heard her tell other customers after us the same thing. She & another employee were also talking about 2 other coworkers outside on a smoke break & she was irritated about that because only 1 was suppose to go at a time. The food was as good as other Moe's that I've been to other than there was no salsa bar out, probably due to Covid so I missed that because we had to ask for salsa & each got only a tiny plastic cup of it.
