The Menudo is another one of my favorites with nice chunks of tripe and a slightly spicy broth, The typically only serve soups in the weekend but if you come in Monday or Tuesday they may still have some but you'll have to ask. Also make sure to look at the specials board when you walk in the door. It's mostly in Spanish and if you don't read Spanish I'm sure the lady up front will translate for you.
