Ordered the sisig plate and an empanada, everything tasted so fresh and authentic. The sisig was juicy, savory, fatty, and had a wonderful citrus flavor from the calamansi. Highly recommend!!

I have been their loyal customer and now a friend. Their food is really good. They can do catering as well and they also have street foods. Friendly staff and owners(Majo and Marvin). I recommend them to everyone.

I really don't understand all of these good reviews because the plates we received were so underwhelming. :( Casa loaded fries - fries were soggy, sisig was mostly fatty pieces and the few pieces of meat it did come with were burnt. Pork belly was crispy but did not taste fresh. Drenched in sauce that was not good. $18 is too much for some mid-tasting fries. Spam musubi - $5 for it to fall apart lol very poorly put together. I got a side of teriyaki sauce thinking it would make it taste better but I'm pretty sure it had been sitting out all day because it tasted off too. Bbq beef short rib plate - everything about this plate was DRY. The texture of the meat is comparable to beef jerky, still pink inside!! My jaw hurt from chewing. Also the garlic fried rice was dry and not flavorful. Overall spent about $50 for 3 items including tip and this really hurt to come home to such a disappointing dinner. Do not waste your money or time

wasnt able to visit the truck but i was able to get my hand son the pork belly loaded fries and it was so delicious! would pay them a visit and try some other things too. as a fellow filipina, i approve of these fries. there were 3 sauces on the fries and the flavors were perfect together. was scalfing them down and realized i almost forgot to take a picture. cant rate them to the fullest since i didnt go there but i will give them 4 stars still

Saw this food truck at our downtown christmas weekend event. I love lumpia, so we tried the lumpia overload. Fries, lumpia, cheese, bacon and several sauces. Would love to come back to try the crispy pork belly.

Unfortunately, some Filipino restaurants or food trucks are hit and miss. This one however was a big hit. We tried the pork belly fries and the pork was fried to perfection. Very crunchy but not dry at all. The fries and the sauce on top were also yummy. The pork sisig was cooked well too. The hint of citrus was perfect. Not hidden or overpowering. I definitely would recommend this place. I look forward to more events that would feature this food truck.

I always try to support the Filipino Food Trucks whenever I see one because I love Filipino food. I ordered the BBQ Skewer Plate and melon drink. The food was just okay, pancit and chicken needed more flavor. I really liked the lumpia and melon drink.

Got to try this food truck at my towns farmers market. Pretty quick service (not too long of a line) and food was amazing. I got the crispy pork belly rice plate with two scoops of garlic fried rice, 3 chicken lumpia, and a salad. Everything was delicious!! The pork belly had such a beautiful color and crisp, but tender and juicy. Would highly recommend this plate! I'll definitely be back to try their other menu items.

Really good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices! They were stationed at a local brewery and I really wanted some lumpia. Ordered a skewer kabob combo plate and three orders of lumpia(shared with friends). The kabobs had great flavor and the lumpia was crunchy and piping hot. The combo plate came with macaroni salad and rice. My husband and I shared and I wish I had ordered my own plate.

I think this is a newer truck in the Manteca area, at least for me. I found them at a food event in Manteca. The plate took a while but the skewers came out pretty quick. Truck seems pretty clean from the outside too, if that matters to you.

Resolved myself to driving to Tracy Modesto, or Stockton, and had checked Yelp to determine the closest Filipino Market and discovered this market had recently opened and was only 5 miles away! I was hoping that they would have some ready-made snacks to go or baked goods, but they didn't. If you're looking for packaged noodles, lumpia wrappers, rice and most of your basic pantry items and snacks including Mama Sita and Magnolia ice cream, then you're all set. Unfortunately, the fresh vegetables that they did have was limited and were laying out on a table or in boxes on the floor and looked more wilted than fresh due to lack of refrigeration. In a pinch, this place is great and they have lots of packed snacks.

They said they were out of buko pies and I could choose another--they apparently only had pies available at a lesser value and would comp with senorita bread. I also received a phone lecture from Joy (through Carmela) that this wouldn't be allowed next time... I'd prefer not being sold a moldy pie next time. Thanks! AWARENESS: Following the Moral, Welfare and Recreation…read more(MWR), San Joaquin's page on Facebook, I learned for the next few weeks, some local food trucks would be on the base during lunch hours offering up some specialty food items for sale. Row's Roll, which I've had bookmarked for some time was on the list so, I decided to check it out. NARRATIVE: On January 23, 2026, I headed to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in San Joaquin to check out Row's Roll food truck for lunch. Arriving, I located Row's Roll truck parked amongst four other trucks in at the North end of base. After looking at the menu and not being to decide on just one item, I ordered; Chicken Adobo, Pancit and Lumpia to take home. With the order placed, I waited about ten minutes when I got the "your foods ready" from Row. Once at home, I took a few pictures of the food items before I dug in and here's what I have to say about the various items. Pancit - Nice and hot glass noodles sprinkled with diced green onions, Carrots and cabbage. Very good. Chicken Adobo - Three good size pieces of lightly breaded chicken and an over easy egg sitting on top of some very tasty and seasoned rice with two pieces of Lumpia as ad added bonus and nice addition. Again, very good. Lumpia - I believe seven pieces of pork filled Lumpia which was served al a carte with a sweet sauce. The Lumpia was crispy, hot and had that perfect crunch. Very good again. SCENE: Normally, Row's Roll is located at the Lathrop Food Truck Plaza. But for thee next few weeks, she and her truck will be doing lunch (0800-1400) at the DLA San Joaquin - Tracy, which is a Department of War installation requiring credited credentials for access. RECOMMENDATION(S): If you have access to visit Row's Roll at DLA for the next few weeks, take advantage. If not, she and her truck will be back in Lathrop soon. You can follow Row's Roll on Instagram or text to find their location.
