Best Lumpia has been a favorite for years, and while they're now a take-out only spot the food still hits and is well worth a stop. I tend to stop in when I'm visiting Stockton and end up ordering more than enough to take home and share with my Sacramento friends. They offer their food in regular orders but also in catering/party sizes. My favorite items on the menu are the lumpia Shanghai, the house pancit and the bbq pork. They have a lot of great dishes though. I ended up ordering a lot of lumpia on my last visit and shared it with some neighbors. Even after the 40 minute drive home it was crispy and delicious. The team here was working hard, I had ordered in person because I noticed the different online ordering options had different things listed so I decided to order in person and wait. They were busy, but efficient and the food was coming out fresh and hot. This will continue to be a Stockton staple for me.

I haven't been going here for a while because it started to get more and more expensive. I was surprised to see no more dine in. The service was good. As for the food I enjoyed everything except the main dish that I really wanted and that was the bbq teriyaki chicken. It was awful! It did not taste like bbq at all! It tasted BAKED WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE! Everything else was ok. To be honest I don't think I'll be back. Thanks though

Food is always good. Service is good but slow at times . Their dining room never has opened back up . It's only to go now. I guess they make more money that way ! But prices do keep rising.

No longer a dime in experience. It has been over 10 years since I have visited here. But the food is still goood! Service was pleasant as well. I had my mind already set on ordering the Lechon, as I was curious to see if still tasted the the same as it did back then. And let me tell ya..... it SURE did! Their puncit was also delicious, not over bearing with so many other ingredients, the perfect amount. We also tried their bbq beef and sriracha skewers. All of our food choices to make our meal were delicious. Off to the side of the register, they have a table set up that has a few smaller items for sale. For example: Filipino cal that is made up of sticky rice, brown sugar and coconut. Next to that they had dried pork skin that n air tight bags selling at $7.99. I also noticed that they had bottles of bbq sauce that was for sell and I'm guessing it's their own sauce that they make. For everything that we did order that is pictured for two people we paid a little over $40 dollars, not including any drinks. Their doors open right at 11 on a Saturday and they become busy from their own. Friendly staff that helped us this visit.

The lunch combo plates are affordable and food is good. I would recommend if you are wanting something quick and affordable for lunch.

Really delicious beef lumpia and the pancit was really good too. Needed some salt for my taste, but soy sauce did the trick.

Ask the Community - Best Lumpia

I'd like to place a catering order for Saturday 4/29. I have been calling but no one answers. Is the phone working? Is there another form of contact?

Someone else I know told me the same thing, that the phone rings but no one answers. There are at least five to six people or more working there. I happened to be there about a month or so ago, and I put my order in just in time; I didn't know… Read more

Are you open for dine in yet?

They're not yet open for dine in.

Do you cater? I have a party next weekend.?

    Yes!

Do they do preorders for large orders of lumpia or is it same day only?

They take preorders but I believe if it's more than $50 you have to pay in advance.

We also got a 6pc order of lumpia, half chicken, half pork so that was nice you can pick. The lumpia was freshly fried, you could feel it through the bag, and still hot when we got home. I think I preferred the pork over the chicken filling. The pork sisig was a bit tough and on the charred side and overall a bit hard to eat. It didn't taste fresh. the garlic rice was good though, soft, and fragrant and the portion was generous. the fried egg was cooked well too. Just was hoping for a better pork sisig, and it had white stuff in it. at first we thought it was like melted mozzarella cheese that was cooked w/the pork, but it wasn't cheese....not sure what it was. They make the food to order and it took a while to come out. In the meantime we walked around the store a couple times but then I went to take a seat outside at the table. I would be interested in coming back to try one of their other breakfast items.
