Better versions of Filipino dishes I consume back in Los Angeles. The tables are converted sewing machine stands that support capiz windows encased in glass. Presentation and service use native ingredients like banana leaves, mini kalderos that contain rice, minivans to serve stews and tableside porcelain warmers for broths and soups. I like the chicken inasal sisig, the sinigang was OK. Dinuguan was quite good. Service is prompt. Place is a bit cramped.

Maybe best experience I've had in the Phil. Restaurants here are usually pretty disappointing. This one was great. Thanks

Excellent location, very good customer service every time I come here to eat, and authentic home cooked meals. What more could I say?

Excellent customer service with delicious meals and plenty of options on their menu. This is our second time dining at Locavore but first time at Brixton Street in Estancia location. Customer service at Brixton Street, Estancia is consistent with the BGC location. The staff is also very well versed with food allergies. The staff was great every step of the way from seating, to ordering, to delivering our orders on a timely manner and until the very end. Our party of 11 ordered 2 of everything like to name a few of what we ordered are, Pakbet Ratatouille, Octadobo, Oyster Palabok sa Puti, Tapsilog, Boneless Lechon Belly, Dragonfruit chips and many more. We look forward to dining at Locavore every time we visit Philippines. Locavore both provided delicious food and excellent customer service.

I'd been wanting to try Filipino food, and this place came highly recommended by some locals. The food was incredible. I tried the sizzling sinigang, and it completely surprised me. The flavor was sour, savory, and comforting all at once. I also had the oyster sisig, which was crispy, rich, and perfect with a cold San Miguel beer. Every dish came out hot and well-presented. The restaurant itself has a great vibe!!! lively but not too loud. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially since I wasn't too familiar with Filipino dishes. They explained what everything was and even suggested a few must-tries. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines. And I'll definitely come back next time!
