Ambiance - Welcoming home style atmosphere with tables made from old school sawing machines and Sungka (traditional Filipino game) to keep the guest entertained while you wait for the food. This establishment is clean and well maintained. Service - Our server JR was polite, quick and attentive. Food - Pleasantly surprised at all the dishes we ordered. The unlimited Java Rice with the BBQ dishes is a plus. Don't leave without trying the Bibingka Cheesecake! They deliver! :)

Came in at lunchtime and it looked busy but we got seated right away. It has that family feel to it. Tables are close together and intimate. The decor is reminiscent of good times gone by. Lots of old pictures and dark wood sculptures. The menu is expansive and loaded with all kinds of good things. Their specialties are bbq. Portions are smaller so you're tempted to order more than one dish. Reasonably priced, quality is not spared. I ordered the wagyu beef salpicao with two eggs sunny side up and garlic rice accompanied with a mango salsa. My sister ordered the two skewers of pork bbq with unlimited (unli - leave it to my countrymen to abbreviate the term) java rice. Our orders took quite a while to get to us. More so my sister's bbq pork skewers. Hers arrived after mine and it was not cooked all the way through. Not impressed. Keep in mind I have finished my meal by the time the undercooked pork arrived. I flagged the server down and told her about the issue. Ugh she took it back and another bloody long wait for the replacement. Finally arrived and having been in this place 45 minutes. The pork was cooked right and it was ok so says my sister. So I tried it and yeah it was ok. Quite a bit of fat on there but lots of flavor. Having said all that, my beef salpicao was quite good with loads of garlic. Very flavorful and no issues with the quality. Nice presentation. Hey Casa Reyes, rookie mistake and I hope you will make good on the bill. I had to point it out to the server when they didn't. She took off 90 pesos. Tsk tsk after I had to ask for it .

No bathroom but full serve restaurant doesn't match. That's the only reason I won't go back.

Excellent customer service with delicious meals and plenty of options on their menu. This is our second time dining at Locavore but first time at Brixton Street in Estancia location. Customer service at Brixton Street, Estancia is consistent with the BGC location. The staff is also very well versed with food allergies. The staff was great every step of the way from seating, to ordering, to delivering our orders on a timely manner and until the very end. Our party of 11 ordered 2 of everything like to name a few of what we ordered are, Pakbet Ratatouille, Octadobo, Oyster Palabok sa Puti, Tapsilog, Boneless Lechon Belly, Dragonfruit chips and many more. We look forward to dining at Locavore every time we visit Philippines. Locavore both provided delicious food and excellent customer service.

I'd been wanting to try Filipino food, and this place came highly recommended by some locals. The food was incredible. I tried the sizzling sinigang, and it completely surprised me. The flavor was sour, savory, and comforting all at once. I also had the oyster sisig, which was crispy, rich, and perfect with a cold San Miguel beer. Every dish came out hot and well-presented. The restaurant itself has a great vibe!!! lively but not too loud. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially since I wasn't too familiar with Filipino dishes. They explained what everything was and even suggested a few must-tries. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Philippines. And I'll definitely come back next time!
