We thought it worked perfectly! They also suggested that we use the platinum linen on the table where we placed our pictures so that they would be the star rather than a red or brighter color. And the champagne charger fit perfectly pulling in the gold tones of the candle holders. It was a delight to work with all of the staff and all went smoothly. We thought the pricing was reasonable. I was quoted the same day, however I was not aware that on certain tables & chairs you can not pick up, they must be delivered. So when I spoke to Kahsha Alford she only told me the chairs I selected I could not pick up. I said okay I will select other chairs. I did select new chairs and she told me she would send me a new quote to sign and pay. This was on Friday. I never received the new quote and I thought well she probably is gone for the day, so I waited on Monday and received nothing. I called Monday afternoon and left a message I didn't receive a call back. On Tuesday no new quote or no call back so I called and left another message and nothing so Tuesday afternoon I called again and left another message. She finally called me back and said they did not have my tables and what they had was smaller and they weren't even the same size! What she didn't tell me is the original ones I requested had to be delivered also I said you didn't tell me that and she said well yes they do need to be delivered. I said so you're telling me I need to go with smaller round tables that are not even the same size. She says yes unless I want rectangle and I said no I didn't want those. I said so you're telling me they only have 4 tables in different sizes left. I was very upset and said this could have been avoided if you would have sent me the new quote. She tried to blame it on my email. She dropped the ball and was not taking the blame! Luckily my daughter found someone else and they are 400.00 cheaper for the chairs & tables I originally wanted and delivery is only 75.00 to fulshear Texas! Long story short Aztec is ridiculous on pricing and my sales person needs to take a class on customer service and make sure she does not drop the ball again and blame the customer! They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.

From my understanding, someone was supposed to contact us the day before the delivery to let us know the timeframe but no one reached out. They actually called us the day of the delivery saying their people had shown up at the business to deliver but no one was there (we were closed and needed to have someone go out to meet the delivery person). On the pickup day, I had to call them to find out the pickup time, which was also not very accurate since they were coming from the Woodlands. I waited until about 4pm for pickup of the items. Other than that, the items were great and the delivery people were super nice and helpful. Just hope that they can refine their delivery procedures so the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for drop off and pick up. We paid approximately $150 for the delivery service since you can't go and pick up items yourself.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS HANDLED!…read more This was my second time renting tables and linen from this company for my annual holiday party. Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. BEWWARE of this company changing important details without your consent.
