Manna from Heaven, Bro, more like it. The classic chicken fried steak sandwich of Del Rancho fame in the Oklahoma City area needs tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise or mayo based sauce.....this version from Mudbones was every bit as good as Del Rancho. The folks at Mudbones must have known of our most recent German travels......because.....SCHNITZEL BRO!?!? Service from Big Friendly was just as friendly as always!!!! As you can see, we love this place. I have been here numerous times and will come back time and time again.

Our order was taken by one of the founders, Kyle, whose quick wit and humor made an immediate impression. As we waited in line, we got to watch the burgers being made - a nice touch that builds up the anticipation. I went all in and ordered the Angry Opossum - a beast of a burger with double meat, double pepper jack cheese, bacon, grilled onions and peppers cooked in their smoky jalapeño sauce, all topped with their newest 6 PM sauce. It was phenomenal!!! Messy, flavorful, and hands down one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The messy table was a badge of honor. Pro tip: Don't skip the Burger Magic spice. Sprinkle it generously on both your fries and burger, it elevates everything. The restaurant is conveniently located off State Hwy 121 N with ample parking. The ambiance is divey in the best possible way - walls decked out with awards and accolades that tell the story of its burger legend status. There's outdoor seating available, and the retro video game machines double as quirky seating areas. It's clear that Muddbones is beloved by locals - the vibe is warm, welcoming, and has that family-run charm. Will I return? Absolutely. I'd make the two-hour drive any day for another bite of that burger heaven.

The owner of this Business should be counting their blessing that I've NOT written this review six…read moremonth's ago. Today was the final straw for me with the selfish almost criminal business practices these people have. A restaurant owner can only use the Economy and prices for so long. Before Customers say NO. I've ordered Numerous times using Texoma Delivery Service. So it's not about money this is about principle and service. As well as Quality and quantity. I just spent $60 for two meals. One Three piece catfish and one chicken friend chicken. It doesn't matter what you order from this business NEVER and I mean NEVER show up hungry. You will be absolutely left still hungry after being ROBBED at the register. The Quality is NOT homemade. Especially when it comes to the sides. If you order delivery? Be prepared to never get what you order and if you do? You'll be missing the condiments required to have your SNACK. Because it's NOT a meal you receive. The same with their desserts. The chicken fried chicken is a chicken breast sliced in half with then only giving you half of the pounded down breast and tiny scoop of whatever your side is. The mashed potatoes taste like GLUE. The texture is like a thick paste. The Mac N Cheese tastes like watered down Kraft man n cheese. The white Gravy I can't even use because just the taste before I even put it on anything was enough warning to toss it in the TRASH. I've watched many restaurants come and go from this building. You're the NEXT to go. The only reason I even order from you to start? My spouse kept bragging about the Catfish. I don't eat catfish. So I don't know what makes it worth spending $60-$100 each time I've ordered this crap you call food. Today for the first time I said let me give it a try. This is after dealing with your inabilities to package a very EXPENSIVE Togo order and get them right or even get the tartar sauce in the bag without having to be explicitly told to do so. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people these prices but I know you're the type of business owner who hides behind the excuses of ECONOMY. You'd rather rip off hard working Americans to turn your lights on. Then proved what a Consumer is being charged for. You picked a big restaurant and thought you'd pull it all off at the expense of American's. Like I said. Count your blessings I haven't eaten your food until today. I've been the one sick bed ridden and trying to make sure my spouse who's a FARMER has a hot meal when he comes in from working his 13 hour day. I'm the one who's trying to figure out how to make up for your lack of Ethics or mistakes. And I'm the one paying for this Crap you call FOOD.

Although they didn't have a bunch of reviews, the ones they did have were good - so we decided to give them a try. Walked in around noon on a Friday to an empty restaurant, that's usually not a good sign. Our server looked like she'd just rolled out of bed but at least she was there I suppose. There was also a young school aged girl sitting in a booth who was semi watching a little toddler (employees children I assume)? We had to listen to Miss Rachel sing Old McDonald & the toddler running around being loud. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. They had good tea, I will give them that. It's a nice place, it was clean & conveniently located downtown near other businesses - which is why I couldn't understand why they weren't busy. I guess the locals might know something I don't. We were the only ones there the entire time. I know good help is hard to find these days, so you may have to settle for what you can get, but your employees can also make or break you as well. First impressions are everything, and although we were just passing through, I don't think I'd go back.

Finally! Bonham got a good place to eat breakfast!…read more I ordered the Texas Classic breakfast and opted for bacon and biscuit with it. The bacon is a good, quality bacon and was cooked to perfection. The hash browns were cooked exactly how I like them...crispy. my eggs were cooked exactly like I ordered them. Now let's talk about that biscuit. Yes, it is worthy of its own paragraph. It is homemade, and so delicious. Yum! Hubs ordered the ham and cheese omelet with a side of fruit (he's on some new diet kick). He said it was very flavorful with lots of cheese. His fruit was very fresh. As an after thought, I ordered the sourdough toast just to try it. So good! So buttery. It is hard to choose between the toast and biscuit. Both are winners. I cannot wait to come back here for lunch or dinner! I glanced at their menu, and their prices are super reasonable. The service was super friendly and attentive. I am a suckered for rustic café decor, and this one is very charming. They have a really cool painting. I took a photo. Another after thought...hubs saw pumpkin lattes, so he ordered one to go. I am not usually a latte person, but I am an "everything pumpkin" person. Well, now I may become a latte person, too. Excellent!

What began as a cozy coffee corner inside a local boutique has blossomed into a full-service café, restaurant, and bakery under the ownership of a mother-daughter duo who took the reins in 2023. Today, Stay Grounded continues to serve up fresh, locally roasted beans alongside a full menu of made-to-order meals. Their Frappe, Coffee & Espresso lineup easily rivals any big-name chain, and the prices? Practically unbeatable. Whether you like your caffeine hot, iced, blended, or bougie, they've got you covered. What truly sets Stay Grounded Coffee Café is the experience. The beans, roasted weekly just down the road in a Sherman coffee roastery, keep things fresh and flavorful. The cozy dining area, once a Sonic drive-in, brings a bit of nostalgia and warmth to your visit. Many people don't even realize they can come in, sit down, and enjoy a full meal. BITES: FANNIN COUNTY AND BEYOND FOOD REVIEW…read more Bonham has officially welcomed a bold new flavor to town. Satoshi Japanese Kitchen has opened its doors, bringing authentic hibachi cooking and sushi-grade rolls to a fast-paced, casual setting. From sizzling plates to melt-in-your-mouth sushi, this spot delivers big flavor without the wait. Satoshi Japanese Kitchen Brings 100% True Hibachi to Bonham -- With a Local Twist Satoshi Japanese Kitchen 1215 W. Russell Ave, Bonham, TX 75418 Open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM Phone: (903) 449-4052 The owners of Hashi Hashi, the popular Hibachi food truck that first made waves in Broken Bow, Oklahoma back in 2017, have expanded -- and the buzz in Bonham is real. After countless customers urged them to open a local location, they finally made it happen. One of the owners, a Collin County resident who regularly passed through Bonham, kept a lookout for the right opportunity. When a building finally became available, the timing aligned. Together with their business partners-- and with the original truck still operating -- they launched their first brick-and-mortar restaurant: Satoshi Japanese Kitchen last week. I had the chance to get a behind-the-scenes preview before opening day, and let me tell you: this place is bringing 100% true hibachi and sushi-grade freshness to Bonham. No shortcuts, no compromises. From tender filet mignon and juicy chicken teriyaki to grilled shrimp and salmon, every hibachi entrée is cooked to order, and the flavors are bold. Generous portions are paired with your choice of fried rice, noodles, or steamed rice -- plus a vibrant mix of veggies. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. A dedicated hibachi chef prepares each meal as the order comes in -- and it shows. served in to-go containers -- a smart move for those wanting restaurant-quality food on a tight schedule. You can dine in, call ahead for takeout, and soon, they'll offer both DoorDash delivery and a drive-thru option coming soon. Behind the sushi counter is a skilled chef crafting fresh, flavorful rolls with true sushi-grade fish -- and it makes all the difference. High-quality salmon and tuna should never taste "fishy" -- just clean, buttery, and rich. Satoshi delivers exactly that. Customizing your roll? No problem. Add what you want, skip what you don't -- they'll make it just right. This isn't just a generic expansion -- it's personal. Two signature rolls, the Bonham Roll and the Fannin Roll, are named for the community. Bonham is home base for the team, and while a Frisco location is on the horizon, this first stop clearly means something -- and you can feel that in every bite. With fresh ingredients, bold flavor, and a deep tie to the local community, Satoshi Japanese Kitchen isn't just a new place to eat -- it's a standout addition to the Fannin County food scene. What I Ordered -- and Loved Steak & Shrimp Hibachi with Fried Rice and Vegetables Every element was on point. The steak was cooked medium rare -- juicy and seasoned with that signature hibachi flavor. The shrimp were plump, tender, and naturally sweet. The fried rice was rich and satisfying, and the vegetables had just the right char without losing their crispness. The portion? Generous. The combination of textures and flavors? Spot on. Satoshi Roll Spicy tuna, avocado, and cream cheese, topped with seared salmon and spicy mayo. The salmon was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth soft, with tempura flakes providing a perfect crunch. Rich, layered, and indulgent -- it's clear why this roll is a house favorite. Bonham Roll Spicy tuna, avocado, and snow crab, wrapped in soy paper and lightly deep-fried. The result: a golden, crispy exterior with a warm, soft center. The soy paper adds a touch of sweetness, while the spicy tuna and snow crab create a perfect contrast in every bite. Fannin Roll Crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, and avocado -- deep-fried and topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Warm, crunchy, rich, and oh-so-satisfying. Each bite blends creamy textures with sweet heat and crisp edges -- the ultimate fried roll. Satoshi Japanese Kitchen is more than just great food -- it's a family-owned, small business that chose to plant roots right here in Bonham. When you support places like this, you're not just getting a meal -- you're helping a dream grow in your own backyard. So go give them a try, show some local love, and don't forget to tell them TonjaH sent you.
