I waited quite a long time due to all the hoops AAA made me jump through but once the choice was made on the tow company, they were wonderful at keeping me updated on the ETA. One of their tow truck drivers showed up as scheduled and quickly asked what was wrong with my car. I explained what had happened and he said, "Well, hold on, let me see if I can fix this before we even go anywhere." You'll never believe it but he was able to get my car moving without the need of a tow and it saved me $327! Now if that's not unselfish and honest, I don't know what is! He even followed up an hour and a half later to make sure I made it home safely. My favorite line of his, "Don't worry ma'am, we just want to make sure we're helping people." Swoon.
