I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! I Friendly…read moreapproached him while he was slowly rolling in his tow truck through the complex, I begin with pointing out my car and explaining how I'm a HCA working a few hours a day, 3 days a week and that I have permission to park where I do, he was somewhat nice in the beginning, stating that there was no guarantee he or someone else wouldn't marked my car for towing (completely understandable) and he explained I needed to get with the office for a parking pass, (Ive mentioned this to office staff and it's not a high priority) as i agreed that something needed to be done to help us and them from wasting your company's time marking cars that don't need to be, he decides to interrupts me to tells me I need to take two steps back, that I came at him all hostile in the beginning... I was absolutely in shock. I sit here now writing this now wondering if I came at him hostile in the beginning, then why not tell me that when the first sentence came out of my mouth? I walked away baffled and wondering how did a simple conversation turn to a "hostile" one. I'm a 5 foot 5 woman in scrubs... Never would I ever do business with people who conduct themselves this way.

I called the office back after hearing this news and then I was told the call was recorded and the person I had talked to told me they played the call back while we're in the middle of talking and confirmed they said $275, but they didn't. I was lied too and they hiked the price up $200 and didn't give me any options and told the driver to leave unless I paid. Horrible service and they are a scam. Avoid this company and call any other place!
