They specialize in P.I.I.T (partner interval training) where you move from station to station with your partner and push/motivate eachother as much as you can, making the workout more effective and more fun knowing youre not alone. At Legacy Fit you get a complete body workout in a 1 hour session. Theres something about technique that gets your body toned yet curvy in all the right places (ladies). Its always a challenge and you never get tired of the same routine. Legacy is for everyone. Anyone can give it a try. I was extremely overweignt when i started and did not think i could do half the exercises but with time and motivation from the trainers i am now super confident in how i perform.

There is equipment everywhere; people are clearly not putting stuff away and staff is not doing anything to keep things tidy in there. We came at a time when there was no staff on duty. So many machines were broken/ rusty / no pin so you couldn't use it. It was really disappointing! The free weight bar ball section was directly Above the locker rooms and it sounds like the ceiling was falling through any second due to people dropping those bar bells to the floor. The coolest part was the basketball court but there was no ball!!! Perhaps you have to get it from staff when it is business hours but there should be a sign or something. Overall, I would not recommend this location and I will not be returning. I hope they can turn things around because it seems like it was really great when they originally opened and the staff has not maintained it ever since. Even if the customers are all to blame, staff is still responsible for maintaining the location and enforcing rules.

The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best.

After years of searching, I have found the perfect balance to a trainer and workout facility. The staff are professionals that LOVE what they are doing. They practice what they teach. So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. After a double mastectomy and COVID I struggle with weight gain, motivation and frustration. Now I am focusing on getting my strength back. The rest will come. Now, what I said dealt with the coaches and staff, but the members are just as motivating and encouraging. Only serious athletes need to apply. You will be pushed and encouraged. You will struggle and your crown will be fixed. You will reach goals you never thought you could--- at any age or size.

They have a parking area that they share with the crossfit next door. The place is not too big but it is well designed, they even give you sweat towels and eucalyptus towels and sell water for $1. I like that they have late classes, I was there for their last boot camp of the day at 8:30pm. It was a variety of jump rope, weights, box jumps and push ups. The trainer was explaining every move and correcting form when needed. There is a screen at the top where they have all the moves with times and repetitions so you can always glance back at the screen if you need to plus the coach will help if you are lost. Class was small so it felt almost like a personal trainer session. I will be going back for more!
